Taqueria Robert

I have ate here 3 times and all 3 times the food was delicious and the customer service was great. I actually met the owner of the business while I was doing my job and I love supporting local businesses. The items I have tried are the asada burrito and the asada tacos. Although it was all very good I would recommend the burrito. It's really big and full of flavor. If you don't want to get filled up go for the tacos they are just as good but a little less food.

We went to their second location Taqueria Robert #2 and visited the juice bar as well. The food was homemade, not greasy, fresh, and affordable. I got a pineapple blended juice it was fresh and delicious. If you are in the area I highly suggest you try their food and the juice place. Everything was flavorful, and fresh! It's a must try.

So good I will definitely be back! Al Pastore, Asada, polio tacos. Their sauces are amazing also. I ordered way too much from myself. :)

Even when they're busy the food is fast. One of my favorite spots when out this way. The portions are good sized and you won't be hungry afterwards.

Their carne asada burrito is so good, fresh and their prices are very reasonable. My daughter loved the carne asada quesadilla. Can't find prices like these anymore and their food is delicious! Customer service is excellent! And yes it's in a gas station but sometimes the best places kind be found in a gas station...lol

The tortillas could've been cooked longer since they fell apart on me, but the chicken tacos are a must! And the burrito was tasty too. Great for a quick, cheap, and hearty meal option!

Hiding inside this Kannapolis Citgo are the tacos auténticos your sueños are made of at Taquería Robert. The menu is surprisingly big for such a tiny operation (looked to be three employees cranking out delicious burritos, tacos, tamales, and more). This place is all carry out but there are a few outdoor tables in front of the gas station if you're not afraid of sun. We tried:*tamales rajas con queso*tacos campechanosEverything we ate was absolutely delicious. Just like the street tacos you find anywhere on the Yucatán peninsula in Mexico. Don't let the gas station keep you from trying this hidden hot spot! The gas station even stocks an entire section of Mexican snacks you can pick up before you go... (see photo). They have a yelp award from 2021 for good reason & I visited and reviewed to try and insure they get another one for this year. They deserve it! Thanks, Robert, for the perfect campechanos.

Oh wow. The place takes the definition of "hidden gem." I put in the address on recommendation from a social post and I was surprised when I pulled up to a Citgo gas station. I read the reviews so I kept with my pursuit. My order, chicken burrito and steak torta. This food is amazing. The flavor, the spice and the speed-- I love Taqueria Robert already.

Really surprised by the quality of food and the quality of service. Fast and friendly. Simple and tasty. Great value for the money. Pollo burrito has a great balance of flavors and the sauces are solid. The asada quesadilla could use a pinch more cheese to hold the meat together, but it tasted great. It's in a gas station but they have stools while waiting for a nice hot meal.

This place is a gem. Family owned and operated. A must try. Love to support your local businesses definitely try this place.
