Simple little setup across from QT on Hwy 601 heading south outta Concord. Great food with an assortment of proteins to tuck into your taco, sopes, or quesadilla.I ordered a sopes with barbacoa. A few minutes later I was chowing down on a hot, thick corn taco loaded with flavorful beef, qeuso fresco, crema, onions and cilantro. And only $3.50. Mmmm.Gets my fryer smokin' hot on my "Give 'em a whirl" meter. Stop here. Note: cash only. English well spoken.

After dropping my kids off at a birthday party, I searched for some quick Mexican. This place popped up and had excellent reviews. I've been craving some SoCal Mexican so I checked my wallet for cash. Seeing a $10 and some random singles was like a sign from heaven, so I headed over. I arrived 30 min before their closing, walked right up and ordered 4 tacos. Paid $12 cash and was told it was a 15min wait. This is a street truck so there's no chairs or other seating, so I sat in my car. Man, this place was hopping - people driving up every minute. My food was ready on time and it was Fantastic!! The meat was flavorful and a bit crispy around some of the edges, cilantro, onions, radishes, salsa...Perfection

Yes the cart looks like it has seen better days.It is one of those hidden gems you sometimes find out about through word of mouth that you've driven past for years not realizing what you've been missing.The menu has no prices listed and it is all written on brightly colored poster board in the window in spanish. The lady who took our order seems like she'd be willing to answer questions though if you have trouble. I felt famished so I didn't care about the price at the time. I will say they're cash only so that might be a downer for a select few.My friend Chris and I got two tacos a piece. He ordered two beef and I ordered two chicken. We ended up swapping one for one. They were the small kind of street taco that is about the size of a silver dollar pancake.The nice lady asked if we wanted cilantro and onions and I'm glad that I said yes, because with the sause that came with them they were utterly delightful. The beef was the better of those two flavors though. The chicken was overpowered by the flavors of the seasoning and the pungent flavors of the onion and cilantro where as the beef wasn't masked at all. If anything the cow was brought out even more by the flavors of the taco. The components were as follows: Corn tortilla, chopped beef/chicken, cilantro and onion. Simple yes. Balanced yes. Will I be back if I see that food cart in the wild? YES.

FYI this is a food truck and ***CASH ONLY*** Fresh from LA and this truck was LEGIT!!!!! I wish they would put out all the condiments like they do in California though. They have lengua! Yummmmm

Great food, at a fair value. Limited menu, but having tried all the options, each are tasty. Watch out for the hot sauce

So I pass by this food truck quite a bit. My wife and I where feeling Mexican food and decided to give it a try. We should have stopped way sooner! Don't know what them "Sopes" are, but they were amazing! The pina colada was really helpful as the red sauce was a little spicer than I expected.

The BEST handmade authentic tacos your money can buy!!!! They now have quesadillas and they are also just as amazing!!! Love love love them. My favorite taco truck!

I've tried multiple things and all were top quality and delicious! They do everything to make your order perfect. Super friendly service. It's a regular stop for me. Highly recommend!

Excellent taco truck! Authentic Mexican street tacos. How can you go wrong? Lunch time and dinner time they get Pretty busy so you may have to wait a bit.
