Taco Express

I just came for the first time and ordered an asada southwest taco and it was amazing. It was like 4 bucks which is in my opinion a little more than I have paid in other places but the taco was loaded and taste great I also got the lunch ACP and it was also delicious but I liked the taco more lol.

Have passed by this establishment several times a week and always said I gotta try them but forget. Well today I actually remembered them and had a taste for some street tacos. I'm kinda washed out from my regular spots so was looking forward to seeing what a new spot could offer. I got my order to go and the cashier was smiling and made it clear that her English wasn't the best but she actually done great! I loved the painting on the walls it gave the space that pop of color it needed. Now these tacos were delicious and that green sauce, is chefs kiss. The red sauce was good too but my lips are still burning as I write this review lol. I had to mix the 2 together and man was it good. I can't wait to try other things on the menu and I noticed they made adult drinks so I plan to eat in on my next stop.

Had quick dinner here with some friends. I love the decorations inside. It is super cute. I ordered tacos and they had a quesadilla. All authentic. So if that's what you're looking for you'll find it here. Yummy corn tortillas. Jarritos in the fridge and music on. Friendly staff.

I'm a big fan. Probably get food from here twice a month. With that being said, the last time I ordered they put something on my order I didn't order and then left an order off that I did. I ordered three things and received three things, I didn't realize I had been charged for four until they called and told me that they forgot to give me an order. Not wanting to drive all the way back I asked for a refund. They would not do that unless I brought the card back to get the refund, so we decided that I would get the 6 tacos that I have already paid for for free the next time. Well today was that day, now it's only been less than a week and now they know nothing about it

3 !I found this gem in Kannapolis. Who doesn't love a good taco joint! Taco express is a cute taco spot in Kannapolis which is right outside of the Queen City, Charlotte. A nice quaint spot. This place seemed very homely, an out the way spot in the cut that u enjoyed my time at. I got chips and salsa upon sitting down. The salsa was pretty good. I ordered some quedo dip as an appetizer. I will say that the dip cake out colder than expected but the waitress was super nice and gave us another one heated. For my entree, I had the Burris tacos that were a menu special. I keep seeing these all over IG so of course I finally had to try them. They were pretty yummy. I only ordered two since I wasn't super hungry but they usually come in threes and with a lot of cheese. (I ordered mine with light cheese and thankfully they honored that.) my friend ordered the southwest burrito and tore that thang up! I also tried horchata for the first time. It was really good. It gave me the milk after eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch vibes. If in the area, I'd def come check this place out again.

I had the barbacoa and chicken tacos (1 of each), the free chips and salsa, and a Jarrito soda. No complaints at all. Service was VERY quick and everything was fresh and tasty. The dining room was also very clean and staff was friendly. Can't wait to come back to try the huarache.

Food is fresh and flavorful. We live close by and order take out from here a lot. My 7 yr old also loves the food.

Yes!!! 10/10 recommend. Very fast and affordable and TASTY!!! The green sauce is authentic and tasty and not all Mexican restaurants can do that!!! I'm from Cali so a good taco is on every corner. Couldn't really find the best of the best coming to NC but oh boy I'm so glad I stopped in on taco Tuesday. Which I ordered online and picked up!! The line was not long and packed and my food was ready upon pick The tortillas taste fresh and homemade and not out of a pack I love that! I got carne asada and chicken street tacos on taco Tuesday I came back on Wednesday and had Birria tacos Omg omg! Home run on the birria tacos Will be back again!!! Soon!

We absolutely love this place. Ever since we found this gem, we've eaten here a few times and will be back soon.
