Sweet Crunch Waffles

If you are in Charlotte, this place is a mandatory stop. Period. My wife and I went to the 7th Street Market for Geno D's Pizza (also excellent, highly recommend) and after dinner we were craving something sweet and saw this place just down the aisle so we decided to give it a shot. Good Lord, we were not expecting to have perhaps the best dessert we've ever tasted... Unfortunately, I can't even remember what it was called, and I don't see it on the menu on Yelp, but it was a waffle with Oreo, ice cream, cookie butter + ??? Whatever it was, it was incredible, and we can't wait to get it again. I'm salivating just writing this review... Gotta go get some Sweet Crunch!

When I saw this place had Leige waffles I knew I needed to try it. But then you load it with berries, Nutella and whip cream and I was sold. Great sweet treat to end our tour of Charlotte and will be back again for sure.

This place is so cute and fun for a quick breakfast! I had a create your own waffle with banana, chocolate chips, and a cookie butter drizzle. Definitely recommend stopping in here and taking a look at the seventh street market in which this place is located.

My experience at Sweet Crunch was very good! I had delicious waffles with my friends. The ambiance was amazing , very friendly. The service was good too, I came right before closing and the employee was nice to still take me and my friends. I loved this sweet place definitely coming back!

I was looking for a breakfast spot to pick up a quick meal before heading home and this popped up. Located In a little eatery called 7th Street Market. The menu of items sounded divine. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful. I settled on the June Waffle Jam and my son chose the Cookie Butter Crunch.The waffles are made fresh to order so they come out piping hot. As I watched them prep the order, it looked like a good size for the price. I was a little disappointed when I saw the actual size. They're too pricey for the size they offer, but they were delicious. The waffles were perfectly cooked and had a decent amount of toppings.

This place was really good when and satisfied my sweet tooth! I got the BYO waffle with strawberries, blueberries and Nutella. It was delicious and hit the spot just right! Highly recommend when you want something sweet!

I just stumbled across it while wandering through 7th Street Market. I wasn't really looking for this a dessert spot. Everything was covered in chocolate, carmel or coookies, bannanas, or peanut butter. So, I settled on this humongous waffle doused in bacon and slathered in bri topped with Mike's hot honey. It was scrumptious. The flavor profile was amazing. There's chunks of real crispy bacon in every single bite. It was loaded with the creamest bri, which brought out the sweetness of the waffle base. The syrup was just an added bonus. I couldn't have imagined that a waffle could be so darn good. Yep, go get a waffle with a soup of ice cream. Why be basic when you can be extraordinary. Convenience yourself the walk is worth the calories; I did! Nextime, I'm get everything doused in chocolate with cookies cause it's that freakn good!

My waffle was kinda "doughy". I've had them at other places and they were more fluffy. It also wasn't crispy. I'll give them another chance though. The flavor was good. Could use a little vanilla.

I absolutely love this place. I've come here before for two scoops of ice cream. They serve "the good stuff". I like how they don't use the traditional waffle cones. I would've never thought to put waffles and ice cream together, but now it just makes sense! The way they make their batter is pretty cool too. I enjoyed the crystallized crunch inside of the waffle and there was just enough cinnamon sprinkled on top. Customer service is great. Super friendly staff members and they're very knowledgeable of their process. I'm certainly a fan and will be visiting again soon! I love that they're in the 7th street market because it's a place that we frequent.

This place is ridiculously good! I've never had this type of waffle, but if you are in the mood for a sweet breakfast pastry, this is your spot. We only got the basic waffle and it was a massive hit with everyone in the family. We didn't try the variety of flavors but we will be back to sample more and more of them.
