The service started off slow, but William the bartender came over and explain they were changing shifts. He was the best, explained the menu and drinks. The food came out fast and hot! You won't be disappointed, the food, drinks and the atmosphere was on point. The restaurant and bathroom were clean, bathroom has a TV. We don't have any All you can eat sushi bars that serve drinks (not include with the all you can eat sushi bar). We will definitely be back. My new spot!!

A friend told me about SushiHana and said it's a must-try. I was hoping it would turn into one of my go-to spots. Not the case, but it was a nice experience nonetheless.This isn't your typical "order and forget" just to sample a bit of everything restaurant. It's all you can eat, but it's no buffet. You place an order with your server every time you'd like more food. And every roll counts, so choose wisely. The rule is: if you order it, you eat it. The staff is more than happy to guide you through the menu to avoid any unwanted surprises, but you will be charged extra if you order food and waste it. When the servers take up your plate, it better be clean, or else.Time is also of the essence at SushiHana. There is a table time limit that makes you keep the orders coming and the sushi flowing.While the menu leans heavily on fried and tempura-style rolls, which might not be everyone's cup of green tea, the overall experience is a win. The flavors are on point, and the vibe is chill for a casual sushi night out.

I really hope that the issues we faced while at this restaurant is just because it's a new place, but it all started that we were the only one waiting to be seated and nobody was even asking if we have been asked to be seated. Awkward customer service. Very slow. Young people are not properly trained to deliver good professional customer service.The food was 5/10. The shrimps in Hibachi were barely seen. The guys dropped my fork and than after picket it up asked if we need a new one or if we can accept the one from the floor. Wow.For the price we paid, do yourself a favour and visit Mr.Tokyo.

Keep giving this place a chance but will no longer go to this restaurant. The time to get food is crazy long. Waited 20 minutes for a seat and close to an hour for first round of all you can eat sushi. Was sitting by the to go place and watched bag after bag of food go out while they can't even take care of the customers in their restaurant. Wanted to really like this place, but it is an epic failure!! The good news is last time I was here with the same issue they comped my bill. Terrible

Me and my boyfriend went by recently for dinner. We opted for the all you can eat sushi option. Everything was really good! I tried a variety of things including the chicken teriyaki and crab rangoons. Everything tasted great and fresh. It was definitely worth the price, it ended up being a lot of food and fairly large portions for all you can eat.

We love going to all you can eat sushi. I'm glad they opened a location in Ballantyne. It's much closer for us! We went on Valentine's day and they gave us champagne to celebrate! Food was great and service was great too!!

I'll never say no to an all-you-can-eat sushi menu! Believe me. We had a great experience at the new Sushi Hana location in Ballantyne! The dinner menu has a ton of variety including tons of appetizers and a lot of sushi rolls to choose from. The chicken wings were crispy and really good dipped in the sauce. I saw several negative reviews for the crab rangoon but the ones we had were packed with filling and really tasty! Would definitely order again. The rolls are fairly small which didn't bother me because we were able to order more variety without being overly stuffed with rice. My favorite rolls were the Charlotte roll and Rising Phoenix roll. I wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the nigiri but it was good for an all you can eat menu. We had excellent service and the servers acted like they really liked their jobs which was a nice touch. We are so happy to have a sushi place like this so close to home!
