Found this spot a little while back and it is incredible spot with great food and is also a mart. I got there right before they stopped serving the chicken sandwich, which is now only served at the food truck at slow play. The chicken sandwich is the main hit here. So tender, flavorful and juicy. Mac n cheese is a huge hit, super creamy and seasoned. Came back and had the wings with loaded tater tots and both are good hits as well. These guys just know flavor and seasoning. Food is very on point and people that work there are very pleasant and nice. They also have rap snacks and 99c Arizona tea! Must try!

Surefire is a surefire winner! Neat little grocery with this gourmet hot dog and now Pizza place anchoring the back corner. I have been wanting to try this place for several months and luckily happened to be in RH around lunch. The food- I got the Capital Dog and the Fiesta dog. Capital dog is pictured below with the pretzel bun. Fiesta dog is resplendent with corn. Both were delicious. You have to start with the Capital dog. The quality of ingredients was fresh and top quality. The dog had perfect texture, flavor and was well cooked. The Fiesta dog was like a party for the tastebuds. The mixture of sweetness from the corn, savory cheese sauce and onions were punctuated by sharp little bites of heat from sauce or maybe peppers? The Place- looked very professional. Imagine a Dean and DeLuca that specialized in unique sodas, chips and other sundries. There were many items in there that I am confident can not be found anywhere else in NC or SC. I saw some HERR's baby back rib chips that hope to get back to visit. I forgot to get a milkshake but hear they are delicious. I also was dog focused, but the pizza looked good. Parking is available in about 5-6 spaces up front and I think this is more of a carry out place. I spoke to the owner - was very impressed. He is focused on excellence and it shows. He has been awarded a Heinz 'Black Kitchen Initiative' award. The place looked clean and he made me feel welcome! I hope you get to enjoy Surefire, I am definitely headed back to get my Milkshake and Pizza!

This review is for their food truck location. We have eaten here three times so far, each time being an excellent experience. The chili dogs are always on point, but at our last visit they offered a double burger (smashed style) that was a real standout. Service was fast and friendly, and can't beat the location, right behind Slow Play Brewing, with covered seating available. Will definitely return!

Is a short period of time, this very busy neighborhood market has taken over the top spot for hot dogs in Rock Hill. Their Carolina has a great taste but pales in comparison to the elevated tastes of their Fiesta dog and the king of all hot dogs in Rock Hill, the Capital. Add fully loaded tater tots and a hand spun milk shake with any cookie of your choice mixed in and you will willingly kiss any weight loss idea

Hands down, the best smash burger I've ever had! I've explored burger trails across South Florida and North Carolina, and this place takes the crown with their Tyson's Corner Smash Burger. Perfectly seasoned with a crispy exterior, I can't wait to come back for another one. I also ventured out and tried the 'Dawg,' but devoured it so quickly I forgot to take a picture. And don't even get me started on the fried pickles - absolutely to die for! A 10/10 experience. I highly recommend stopping by the food truck outside Slowplay Brewery!

This review is for the food truck Surefire mobile. I normally never write reviews, but when I stand in line for food for 30 minutes, then am told they are stopping incoming orders but it won't be long, then proceed to wait for AN HOUR while they try and catch up on orders, both forgotten and ones that were taken 2 hours ago I feel the need to write one.Now I was told today was their grand opening, and they had an event at Slow Play, and they had the New House supporting as well. All of that is well and good, I understand a longer wait I accept that. What I really do not understand is when you have really four options, three of which are battered fried chicken of some sort, and the fourth being hotdogs. Why are you not pre battering your chicken? Now I said above it was opening day so maybe you were not expecting a large turn out... Except that The New House had vouchers for food so there had to be some knowledge of how much they were bringing in. The second was Slow Play had an event, which a little research should show that when they have events they are extremely busy. Now maybe they like to bread when someone orders to ensure freshness, okay fine I understand that, but when your fryer has four baskets, and you're dropping one basket at a time it's an issue. After a total of 2 and a half hours I got out of line without ordering. I heard from others that the food was good, I just don't think a food truck that takes 2 and a half hours and still doesn't get an order is worth it, even if the food was good

Grest hole in a place ! Found this place while driving through a neighborhood. Surefire Neighborhood Market inside old style convience store. The restaurant is in the back. Amazing Retha Mae oven fried chicken sandwich with hot sauce. Better than Chick a fil and prices are very reasonable. The service was good, and the food is cooked to order.
