Summit Coffee Eastover

Stopped by Summit Coffee today to get some work done and this place was perfect. The interior was inviting and relaxing which was perfect for what I was looking for. Today I kept it simple and went with one of their Ethiopian light roast drip coffees and it was excellent. Big shout out to the staff as they were friendly and quick!

Cute coffee shop in the neighborhood with a descent selection of coffee, pastries, coffee beans and other beverages. Seating area is nice and there are outlets if needed to work from here.The cashier was super friendly.

This new location has such a cute ambiance! There's plenty of parking and if you can't get into the lot, there's street parking for free. They have a bunch of natural light pouring through and even outdoor seating which is fun!My coffees are always amazing here and the staff is always nice! The prices are reasonable for coffee in the Charlotte area!

I have been here 20 times or so and it's better than the Starbucks nearby. The scones are amazing and I learned the owner's wife makes them on site. Also good lattes and matcha. The seasonal drinks are creative. I asked for coconut milk and the manager said it wasn't in the plan but he'd figure it out and he did. Good community vibe. Tip-Use the app to order ahead.

Love this place! The staff is always super sweet and friendly and a joy to chat with! Compared to Starbucks' recent prices, the coffee is cheapish but much higher qualitly than larger chains. Great study spot and lovely environment.

Coffee shops nowadays win their laurels based on fancy drinks and ambience, and Summit Easter has both, but I wanted to start this review with the fundamentals. The coffee is really good -- better than I make at home. That said, the atmosphere is great: just alive enough to give you a boost of energy, not so alive that you can't put your head down if you need to. The baked goods are always fresh and the staff is super-helpful. A great addition to the neighborhood.

Coffee is amazing. One of our favorite coffee shops in Charlotte but with one big catch. 2 out of 5 times I drop by there is no parking spots available. I have waited for up to 15 minutes just hoping someone leaves but I end up having to. Hopefully the owners realize and mark 1-2 spaces for to-go only. It has deterred me at times from planning my day errands with Summit in view. Definitely is a bummer!

Good was good. Coffee was really good. Barista was pleasant. Vibe is great. Cashier lacked personality and was very short.
