For the better part of the last twenty years I have been a pack a day smoker. I woke up one day and decided enough was enough. Rather than choosing conventional smoking cessation products like patches, gum, medication, etc., I decided to turn to the vaping industry for help. Drug store and gas station e-cigs wouldn't cut it. I've tried in the past, but they just weren't enough to curb both the chemical cravings and the psychological habits that smoking cigarettes provided. I can't say that I haven't craved one; I imagine any ex-smoker will always crave a cig. But this has provided enough chemical and psychological effects to reduce my dependency to zero cigarettes. After 20 years, and a pack a day I would like to thank Bill and Sterling Vapes for all of their advice, advocacy, and support over the last month. It's undeniable that choosing technology over tobacco is a huge initial monetary investment. Yet, how much is your health worth? Priceless! By far the best vape shop in the Charlotte/Mooresville area. Friendly staff and a lot of varieties of juices and hardware. Bill was extremely helpful and helped with my broken mod. Definitely going to be my new got to vape shop.

Bill and staff are ALWAYS helpful, friendly and full of knowledge. I recently moved about 40mins away and still take time to patronize his brick & mortar whenever possible because they're THAT good. They've got so many flavors and vendors, nice selection of hardware, and they'll readily give you great advice with a fantastic attitude (unlike Madvapes). They've not steered me wrong yet! Hands down, best vape shop in the area. Nice collection of hardware and what has become an amazing collection of juices. Better yet is the in depth knowledge of everything that's carried in the store. This really is a shop by vapers, for vapers. Best of all is the first class customer service you get every time you visit. Bill, and the entire staff, always treat you like a long time customer with finding the best fit for your needs at the top of their list. Owner doesn't like window shoppers.Bashes Madvapes and always saying he's cheaper which isn't always true.Has some high end juices but a lot of low quality juice.Not your typical Vape shop,ask owners questions about builds and you'll see what I mean.

I love Bill and his whole team. Very professional and their very knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else! Great selective, newest vape tanks and mods. I can't say enough great things about this place. They treat everyone like family!! Go in and see for yourselves! Will never go anywhere else than Sterling Vapes!!!

Absolutely love this place. You couldn't ask for better customer service by a more knowledgeable staff. I've been a smoker for YEARS and have wanted to quit multiple times but never really could. I was very skeptical about vaping but the owner provided me with so much information and answered all the questions and concerns I had, and was able to fit me with the right vape for me. It wasn't about selling me the most expensive (which he could have done easily) it was about finding the right fit for me. I tried vaping once before and gave it up within a few weeks because it wasn't doing anything for me and it sucked. I BOUGHT MY FIRST VAPE FROM THE WRONG PLACE (a different shop in Mooresville). They sold me a crappy vape and low grade juice and I hated it. Finding the vape that fits you and the right kind of juice, makes a world of difference. I now drive 30 minutes out of my way just to go to this place. I won't go anywhere else.
