I bought a Blink torch from them and the torch would not function properly. One would think that they would exchange for a working model a few days later?? NO they said owners policy was no returns or exchanges. I understand "returns for cash" but exchange something 4 days old, BAD SERVICE, NO WONDER EMPTY
