Made reservations for Birthday and was about 30min late! They seated us right away! We had the pleasure of being served by Trace at Spice, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! From the moment we were seated, Trace made us feel welcome with their warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.His attention to detail was impeccable--he anticipated our needs before we could even ask. Whether it was perfectly timed refills, thoughtful menu recommendations, or ensuring every detail of our meal was flawless, Trace went above and beyond.What truly stood out was their personalized touch. Trace, took extra time with a special drink request, and even surprised us with a thoughtful gesture that made my husband birthday truly memorable. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and passionate about their role.The Food and Drinks are 10/10 def sharable. The Bar bites and cocktails 5-8pm were great the crab cake and lollipop lamb chop were amazing Thank you for turning a regular meal into an extraordinary experience. Spice is fortunate to have such a gem on their team!

So. Let's just start with this. I came in to town from Raleigh. My friend who I visited said she heard how good this place was. First. We walked in on a Friday night, we asked if we needed reservations and we were told no. I'm like ok, so can we get a table for 3. The host then told us that we couldn't get a table until all the reservations were filled. So to me that kinda sounds like we needed a reservation. After learning that, they did tell us that the bar was open to walk ins. Ok bet. We went to the bar, found 3 seats next to each other so we thought we were golden. We were not. There were 3 bartenders, 2 for the bar and the 3rd for the drinks being made for tables that needed a reservation. It took a smooth 20 minutes to even get a drink ordered. That's insane. Once we finally got someone, we did an order for drinks and food so that we didn't have to flag someone down again. Drinks took more time and the food....the only thing we received out of 5 dishes ordered was 1 order of sushi. Which was actually better than I expected since the menu was all over the place. After an hour we still hadn't received any other food. So after getting our second order of drinks we decided to have them cancel the rest of the food order. We saw plenty of people on the other side of the bar being served more frequently than the side away from the door. So anywho, if you've made it this far. This place had potential, but man was it chaotic. From the food to the vibe. Are we going for a lounge? Are we going for a club? Serving jollof rice to sushi and everything in between is also a lot. People getting bottles with sparklers in this closely packed restaurant is also wild.Customer service is lacking. Wait time for anything is longer than should be acceptable. I wish I had better things to say because there is definitely potential. But will I be back? Nah.

Stylish and trendy. Not your typical restaurant set up. It definitely gives upscale lounge with small plates and expensive cocktails. Service was great on a Sunday evening we had reservations at 5pm. The plates are best shared so that you can get multiple plates. Food was good and small portions. I would recommend for a special occasion date night type vibe. Overall would recommend and visit again.

Stopped by SPICE on a Saturday night around 9PM with a group of four and we had a blast! We made a reservation and were quickly seated on arrival. The service was fantastic! Our waitress was knowledgeable and helped us pick out what we wanted to eat and drink. The aesthetics were super cute and vibey, we enjoyed sitting in a low booth for dinner but the tables are low.GOOD EATS--truffle fries w/ shaved parmesan, marinade ribeye w/ sea salt, truffle oil, and mashed potatoes. the orange blossom sushi rollGOOD DRINKS--expresso martinis w/ a splash of baileys and their speciality shot that comes out on fire! We truly enjoyed our experience here and we can't wait to come back!

Tried Spice and the food was delicious! Music was a tad bit too loud and the service was lacking but overall great aesthetic and a great spot for a fun night out! What I tried: - Orange Blossom & Bang-EO roll- Chicken Skewers - Strawberry Roll

Visited Spice with a brunch group I am part of. For a Saturday afternoon it wasn't as crowded as I expected it to be. The space is nicely decorated with intimate spaces and tables. There were mimosas ordered for the table however myself and 2 other guests wanted a drink from the menu. Again it wasn't crowned however we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive with no explanation on the delay. The other odd thing is - I ordered steak and eggs. I wanted my eggs scrambled and not sunny side as was on the menu. I was told that if I wanted scrambled eggs I had to order them as a side which is odd so instead I asked for the sunny side eggs to be made well. They were not. Overall the steak and eggs was tasty and the drink was good once it arrived. I'd visit again to give it another chance for sure.

Made reservations for a party of 7 during restaurant week. Got to the restaurant and we were seated uncomfortably at a table for 6. If they could not accommodate that a party of 7 comfortably the that should have been communicated. Then we were met with a stipulation that was not communicated on the queensfeast website regarding restaurant week and o my being able to accommodate a Max of 6 people per party when only 3 of us were actually participating in the restaurant week menu. These 2 acts really started the night off wrong. I think our server was Korin who appeared busy and frustrated already because she had another large party. I see should have had a better approach with that. The orders taking was done with such haste and the food came out in awkward patterns. I typically enjoy the food but the restaurant menu was seriously overpriced for the portion the steak was grossly over-seasoned and very salty I think they put a spicy jerky sauce over it. Someone else ordered the lamb chops I heard they were good but small, mashed potatoes was good. When our food came out it was luke warm, which is weird because they came out not all together but at odd times. We all left with a nasty taste and experience which I'm sad about because I usually like this place went somewhere else for a night cap and better service. Also they pay your bill on a hand held device make sure you get a printed copy which I personally prefer so I can see what I was charged.
