Old seats are very tight. For anyone significantly taller and bigger than average these seats are uncomfortable

Pitiful how long it takes to get inside to an event. Long lines are totally unnecessary!

Saw my first Widespread Panic show here in the early '90's when I was a sophomore. Hell of a time! BB King and Bob Dylan also played here while I was in college. Fond memories!

I attended a show here last night, and it's the first time I've been to this auditorium. You know, I could live with the fact that it's a little dated. I could live with the fact that the dude behind me talked through the entire show while the usher stood off behind him and either couldn't hear him or chose to ignore him.But I can't ignore those things when taken with the abhorrent experience I had in the will call line.First of all, will call should always be a separate line from the ticket purchasing line, so that those of us who purchased tickets ahead of time don't have to wait behind people who are trying to purchase tickets. Had I known this, I would have printed my tickets at home or used my phone as the tickets.I made the mistake of getting in Mother Time's ticket line, and was third in line behind two people purchasing tickets. My wife was in a longer line to get into the venue and managed to make it to the door before Mother Time could cash out the first person in her line. It was ten minutes before I got to the window, and she asked me if I had purchased online. She took my ID and credit card after I said yes, then, like a cat, got distracted by other tickets in front of her.Mother Time asked me to step aside at this point so she could call someone else, who wasn't in line, up to the front and give them their tickets. This, in my opinion, is abhorrent customer service, especially since when I finally got back in line, she had to ask me again if I had purchased online.Good customer service is not pushing someone aside after they've waited an incredibly long time in a very short line. This incident clouded the whole night, and ruined my impression of what is probably an otherwise rustic old concert hall. I'll think long and hard about attending another show here.

Ugh. I wish we would move on from this venue and build a more contemporary facility and try to catch some of the acts coming between Atlanta and Charlotte. It's long and narrow for shows and you feel like you're in a tunnel and stuck in the 50s gymnasium shows. No many good shows or acts here.

Cute little auditorium. The space between the rows is a bit tight. Taking a few rows would be nice. The bathrooms were clean and the staff did a good job handling the crowds. It seems like the seats need a bit of an update.

Saw Alice Cooper here a while back. Great venue; helpful staff and lots of street parking available. Tickets are reasonably priced and they seem to have a good number of big names come through. Thanks!

If I could give this Venue 0 stars I would. I paid $250 for 2 front row pit seats to Tyler Perry on Tuesday. With the stage height and the speakers in front, I could barley see at all. I am 5' 7 and could only see from shoulder height up. This was a very poor experience and as the show was sold out there was nowhere to move. I calledThe box office to complain and they responded that is where the seats were.../ no mention of an obstructed view or the fact that you cannot see the stage from there. I will never go to this venue again. I attend concerts weekly at the Peace Center and at Bon Secours Arena and always get front row and they are truly the best seats in the house. That is definitely NOT the case here. Don't waste your money ..
