If you're traveling between Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC.... take a look. I think it's the best kept secret. This is our second time here. It used tobe under KOA listing, now it's not. Big rig friendly and staff is very friendly, grounds are kept quite clean. Very easyto maneuver our 43ft Class A Coach. Checked in, they gave me the "Rules & Regs" information, car tag and things ofinterest in the Gaffney area. We stayed for a week in Premium site #316, overlooking the pond. Simply beautiful!! They have a couple of ducks & geese around but they were not pests. Owners have a routine schedule of feeding them. Fun to watch. There is a section for "longer term stays".... but they were quiet and those we met, as we took walks, were friendly. They have a pool, mini-golf and there are walking trails around the 3 ponds.Careful... use exit #90, the exit GPS says us sometimes closed. Advise that you call the Campground to get construction updates.

Went as a family weekend get away! Our grand babies had so much fun! They loved the big pillow as they called it. We took them for their very first fishing trip and they loved it when they caught a fish. Clean and well kept. Will definitely be back! Food always tasted better cooked outside and don't forget the s'mores

Being off the interstate is a double edged sword. You are minutes from I85 but road noise is noticeable outside. For a night it isn't bad, but beyond that I would be looking elsewhere. Nice amenities (wifi, pool, playground, dog park) but not much else around to compel an extended stay. My biggest concern is the maintenance. Our water spigot had a splitter attached. I thought the last camper left it, only to find out the valve was leaking and the splitter was attached to stop the leak. Our section also recently had several retention walls (about 2-3 cinder blocks tall) between sites installed to help make them more level. However they are not reinforced and they are bowing out. I hope the owners did this work themself, since I can't imagine any contractor doing such shotty work.
