Reasonable prices, and a more then accommodating representative.We got compliments all night about the venue and how prefect it was for our reunion, everyone loved it. We just had our wedding at The South Charlotte Banquet Center last weekend. We had a blast without any flaws. Anne, Ashley and their staff did such an outstanding job. This was such a great place for our guests and a great location. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and what they did to accommodate our needs. Anne was also great with her quick responses whenever we had questions about the venue or the vendors prior to the wedding. The venue itself was gorgeous.

We were there for a funeral luncheon, and they were great with accommodating our group during COVID. Tables were spaced out, limited number of guests allowed and everyone wore masks, all of the time. I felt like they did a really good job during this difficult time, were polite, friendly and respectful.

We had my daughter's Bat Mitzvah here, and it was a great location! Nice big dance floor, separate bar area and gorgeous outdoor patio. Plus, the staff here is amazing, especially banquet manager Anne Robb!! They are all so professional and efficient and they took care of everything so that we didn't have to worry about anything. They set up all our decor and included so many unexpected extra touches. I highly recommend considering this as a location for your next event.

I had a surprise birthday party for my husband here in June and all I can say is "Awesome Accomodations!" Anne and Ashley were great with accomdating my needs and even putting out some fires on the day of the event (not real fires but issues that had come up with other vendors that I had hired for the event)! The banquet center is elegantly decorated and their lounge area that houses the bar and/or food area is amazing. I can honestly say that my first impression of the service that I was given and the accuracy of everything that I had requested will keep me going back for future events.Thanks Anne and Ashley!Krystal F.
