Smokin Joe's BBQ

He is a super nice guy, great selection of food, I enjoy the brisket and the ribs. I miss him being on the corner of Mill Grove Road in Idlewild because we used to like to get lunch from him on. I believe it was Friday and Saturday. From the food truck.

Great food truck for great BBQ, though I never like being charged extra for using a debit card. This used to be illegal, yet the POS providers charge it to the restaurants and food service providers, who pass it on.

This food truck was at the Kings Drive Farmers market today and the food was FANTASTIC! The owner is Smokin Joe. He was extremely friendly. It started with a "would you like a sample?" That's was all it took. I do t even eat pork but he was so charming I had to try. It was DELICIOUS! I ended up buying a 1/4 lb and a side of coleslaw. His truck was clean and he was running out of food there were so many people buying sandwiches/sides. He also said he caters and will book any event you have. I have pics of his number. You so t have to believe me. Try for yourself!

Excellent brisket and the sides were very good as well. Large portions at the right price point are nice to see. Owner is very friendly and the bbq is off the hook.

I stopped by the location the truck is usually at on Idlewild and am so glad I did! The pulled pork was cooked to perfection and sauce was delicious! Very much enjoyed the mac n cheese, as well as the cole slaw. I loved that the cole slaw was finely chopped and had great flavor, it was unlike a typical soggy slaw. Very nice people, clean truck and even had picnic tables if you wanted to stay and eat. Check it out!!!
