Smallcakes in Charlotte is a must-visit for cupcake lovers! The cupcakes are a great size, always fresh, and come in a variety of amazing flavors that never disappoint. Each one is rich, moist, and packed with flavor, making every bite absolutely delicious. My favorites are wedding cake, red velvet and lemon drop.Since I always order through Door Dash, I can't speak to the service or ambiance, but I'm sure both are great! Whether you're craving a classic or something more unique, there's always something to love. The quality and taste are top-notch, and you can tell they put care into every batch. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth!

After a visit to the neighboring dentist, we stopped over here for coffee and ice cream, getting two delightful muffins to take home. Packed properly for transportation, they survived the journey and were consumed in the evening.The lemon was both sweet and tart with a firm icing on top and that little dollop of lemon. Light and fluffy.The favorite was the red velvet which was also light and I would add, delicious. I'd have this one again.Small cakes indeed. These cupcakes were delicious....no, DELICIOUS! I gobbled mine down in about a minute. Heavy icing, but I ate that too. My daughter enjoy her cupcake as well and the cake pop. She said it was better than Starbucks, which is pretty impressive.

First time ordering a cake from them, it did not disappoint. Probably the best I have ever had. Even the adults raved about it!

What an absolute delight !!! I was not aware that this location was a black owned business which made my heart rejoice !! I had the "famous" red velvet cupcakes which was beyond everything I expected. It was very moist and the right level of sweetness.The truck owner was so kind and warm as most of the food truck industry has been since I moved to CLT. The company offers cupcakes, ice cream and milkshakes and EZ Catering - it's dessert on wheels!!!! But it's you can't catch them - you are more than welcome to order line. Food trucking is definitely here to stay with the option of being mobile and reaching far more customers - this is business model is a gamechanger in the industry - hands down!!!!! This is a clean, tidy and very welcoming place.The young lady running the show was very friendly, professional and helpful!I stopped at a nearby establishment and this cupcakery caught my eye! So I did my civic duty and I stopped in and purchased 3 chocolate chip cookies, a Chocoholic cupcake and a Peanut Butter cupcake. All of the items that I purchased were moist and fresh tasting!Ice cream is also available here.This is a franchise, but it didn't feel like it after I walked in, to make a purchase.Cash/Credit/Debit are accepted forms of payment.

If you have a sweet tooth this is the perfect spot to try. They have a variety of ice cream cupcakes and treats to meet your needs. The store is well lit and the staff are friendly. The decor is fun and cheerful. You can try the various flavors of ice cream before you purchase. The cupcakes are moist and delicious. I was able to try the red velvet and split the cosmopolitan with a friend. I look forward to trying some of the other flavors that they offer. They have a rewards program that you can enroll in to accumulate free treats. They have a shared parking lot was plenty of parking. I definitely recommend and hope you enjoy!

I don't have a crazy sweet tooth but every now and then I'd like a bite to take the edge off. Smallcakes had a great selection of cupcakes and staff is always nice.

Love the fact that they have rotating flavors of cupcakes. But my ultimate favorite thing there is the brookie ! So good!

I had not been to a smallcakes, but I will definitely be back. I did not see any gluten free options, but their cupcakes were so soft and moist and heavenly that my tummy ache didnt bother me. HahaThey have a variety of flavors, as well cakes in cups, cookie ice cream sandwiches and ice creams. So many sweet treats, plus a great photo wall, so what's not to love?
