Slices Bistro

I ordered a salad with chicken salad and my husband had a veggie quesadilla and both were delish! We were staying at a campground nearby and found this little gem for a very nice bite to eat. The immediate area doesn't offer much by way of restaurants so this was a great find.Very friendly staff and a beautiful golf course.

FWIW this is a little spot that does great takeaway as well as seated service. Staff is friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed our lunch here . The service was great. The casual atmosphere surrounding the golf course was a good addition too. I had the chicken panni which was yummy. The side salad was good too. My husband had fish and chips. Our neighbors ordered the rib eye sandwich, they said they are famous for those. We will hopefully remember to visit here again.

We had a great experience here! The prices were excellent for the food that they serve. The service was good and she was friendly. The atmosphere is nice, we sat outside. I would come back.

Great food, Great drinks, friendly staff, prompt service. ... couldn't have asked for a better experience. Keep doing what your doing. Is a diamond waiting to be discovered. We strongly recommend and encourage you to try this cute outside seating restaurant. We will be back for sure!!

Food has always been consistently good and very fairly priced, and the service is always friendly and attentive while also being casual. Just a good, comfortable place with good people.

The food is great and so is the service. You get a good feeling that no matter what you get here it's gonna be good, and it's nice to sit outside as well.

Stopped by while house hunting. Not many choices by Lake James, saw a couple of old Yelp reviews, wanted to add a new one. Definitely a notch above typical bar food. Had a cuban, super fresh bread, excellent in house roasted pork. Wife had ribeye sandwich, super tender perfectly cooked, great home made horseradish sauce. Nice varied menu, home made dressings and sauces. Very welcoming and attentive staff. We hope to be regulars soon! I encourage anyone to give them a try, help them survive.

Great food, great menu, great Service. Casual atmosphere, nice piped in music, friendly and yummy. Loved the grilled chicken spinach salad and the rib eye steak salad. Will return.

I enjoyed a great lunch at Slices Bistro after hiking at Lake James State Park. My grilled chicken wrap and fries were delicious!
