Truly an amazing experience! Nothing like I expected!The team at Skydive Central are family. It's a small weekend business and this is not their only means of income, so they aren't out for the money and therefore they don't make reckless calls. If there's any chance of a safety risk, they put you first.Our jump had to be rescheduled due to weather conditions, but they worked with us to get it on the books, and when the day came, they made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They walked us through the process and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Once cleared, we geared up and up we went! If you purchase the video option, they take snippets along the way to build a video story. Our jump was on a very clear day, so once the chute deployed, they explained the sights as we floated down. We had a clear view of the Charlotte city skyline and we could see parts of Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. The freefall from 10,000 feet was quick and before I knew it, my chute was already open. I enjoyed the ride and the landing was cake.It was a wonderful first jump experience and I would not hesitate to do it again.

My cousin came in to town to visit and decided that we were going to do something different. After googling around for a bit I came across Skydive Central and gave them a call. They were already booked up because it was such a nice day but Kelvin was nice enough to fit us in with such a short notice. I have been skydiving 5 times in different states and have had some great experiences. The whole staff was very friendly and did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable but most importantly safe. Our instructors Rob'O and Matt did a fantastic job and were true professionals. Coming from someone that has done this a handful of times. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to jump. This summer will consist of many more visits from me and friends.Great job !

I checked off Bucket List Activity #237 this past weekend at Skydive Central and can easily give a Five Star for their attention to detail, customer service, and safety. I'm not a big fan of flying... I'm not a big fan of falling out of a plane either... but this was on my list and I couldn't have imagined a better group of people to experience it with :)

This family run business was very inviting to all skill levels, and I appreciated their attention to detail and concern for safety. My reserve was out of pack date (I didn't realize it), but they had the size canopy I needed in a student rig. They treated the tandem customers and fun jumpers new to the area (me) like someone they had known for years. The pilot introduced himself to me and gave me the run down of his aircraft and what to expect. The view at altitude and under canopy was gorgeous. The landing area was nice and flat, with great landmarks for the landing pattern. I will definitely return!

Excellent! I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and could not imagine a better experience. Kelvin and Matt were amazing at making it evident of how safe and passionate they were about our experience. The whole experience from beginning to end was wonderful.

Wonderful! This is fun and inexpensive. I will go back with the grandkids. Yes I checked it off my bucket list and now will go back just for the fun and thrill of it all.

I highly recommend Skydive Central NC! For my boyfriend's upcoming birthday, I booked us a tandem jump. He has already jumped twice before, but this was my first time. While I was convinced that skydiving was not for me, he really wanted us to do it together so I agreed and set up the appointment. I could not have been more pleased! Everyone at Skydive Central NC is a complete professional and absolutely pleasant. They walked us through the paperwork and what we needed to know to have a great and safe time. In the end, I really enjoyed myself and was happy to have done it. If you are considering skydiving at all, please book with Skydive Central NC.
