Skooterz Saloon

I usually visit Skooterz when I'm home. It's a solid establishment. I usually visit on the weekends. This particular visit I came on a Friday with some family and friends. One of the best perks of Skooterz is the daily drink specials and their wings. I usually have the naked or teriyaki wings. I would highly recommend either flavor. Overall, the vibes are decent. There are some days when the crowd is mixed, but other times they cater to one demographic and charge a cover fee after 11p on the weekend to "prevent" other groups from visiting after leaving another establishment. I'd give it a 3.5 if possible.

Went to watch ufc fight since a group of us were at the county fair earlier. Bad choice. Weird vibe and incredibly loud, bad music the whole time. Karaoke in one room and bad music in the other. Should have known better.

The server on the patio actually came up and took my order for my drink and my food with a cigarette in her mouth. I understand the deck is smoking but wow that is nasty. Burger was ok

Great saloon along 74 W. Good lunch specials and nice cold beer. Awesome service. Good prices.

The food was good but only received an 8 oz hamburger steak and no fries. I ordered thru Grubhub and Grubhub corrected the mistake of the restaurant. The restaurant expected me to get out and bring the food back. They could have sent someone to pick up the incorrect order. Grubhub gave me a partial refund which I was satisfied with. I order food in became I had a stroke and I am considered high risk. I actually can legally prove everything I am saying, In my opinion, the manager should not be working with public because she does not have good people skills. Instead she wanted to make the person making the complaint be in the wrong. And she does not come across as an empathetic Person, just the opposite. The mistake was made by the restaurant not the customer or the driver making the delivery. The driver did a no contact delivery which was correct. The manager needs more training concerning customer service. If she did not believe me she could have sent someone to pick up the incorrect food. If she did not believe I had a stroke, I could have sent a copy of my medical report. I do not lie because of my Christian Values but there is no reason for her to believe me but I can prove what I am saying but at least Grubhub corrected the mistake of the restaurant. The customer should not be caused any inconvenience by a mistake made by the restaurant. Restaurants need to take into account the Covid issue in their rules. And the delivery service should not have to correct the mistake of the restaurant. I do not plan on ordering from this place again because of the service and not the food. And it was the first time I have ordered and plan on it being the last. The food was great but customer service horrible.

They have real chicken breast boneless hot wings that are the best I've ever had in my 60 years... I've eat all kinda wings from all kinda places claiming to have the best wings there are..Once I eat these boneless wings from Skooterz there's no going back to nowhere else cause there's none better..

Great service , food and plenty of bar type games to get you active .. drink and food prices are tremendously great

Great fresh food. Very clean. Super friendly staff and good prices. Take advantage of their nightly specials.

Ordered my food, and was ready as soon as I walked in. I hung around for a little while and drank some drinks and watched the entertainment and karaoke that was going on. Would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10 times hands-down probably one of the best spots in Shelby. Great food and great prices on everything all around.

Was super excited to see a local place on restaurant.com, purchased one of Skooterz "deals", called to make sure they accept it- just had a feeling I should call. Spoke to the "manager/owner" she said it HAS TO BE PRINTED. Pretty rude about it as well so I cancelled my certificate and went elsewhere. Looked at restaurant.com and found "That's it! Access the certificate on your smartphone or print your certificate from your account or from your confirmation email and present it at the restaurant.Go Mobile! Redeem with your smartphone or find restaurants on the go, use our FREE mobile application via Google Play (for Android) or iTunes (for iPhone)."It doesn't say you HAVE TO PRINT. These days everyone does everything from their phone. Oh well. Lost my business.
