Omg this place is nostalgic for me! I spent many Saturdays here as a kid. Was in town for a birthday party here and this place looks exactly the same! Nothing has changed over the years. The music was great, the arcade is small but has decent games. The staff were welcoming and on the floor with the kids! The pizza was decent and the food was cheap! Not good but okay lol.

I was at the snack bar, my very first visit with my daughters. They were rude while trying to tell me to go through a line que, when there was no line. A literal exercise in futility. And when I attempted to address the way I was spoke to they were more interested in what a sign said than what or how their staff said it. Terrible experience.

WARNING!!! Do NOT go there without headphones!!!! Part of the skating experience is listening to good music and skating around. My daughters and I went there on a Saturday afternoon and we heard the worst music that anyone could possibly imagine! I think that I could go to any bad concert and enjoy myself now! People would ask me- how can you deal with this? Answer- because I have been to Skateland on a Saturday afternoon! We were musically poisoned!! I asked the people that worked there if they could possibly change it- they all sent me to the snack bar- where the woman who obviously picked those horrific songs. I asked to play something else- anything but this! She wouldn't change it- DJ wasn't there she said as she began to sing along with the music- making it all even worse! I asked other people if they were enjoying the music or was it just my family and I- no. I could not find one of the 10 people there that liked it! I guess a lot of people knew about this terrible music and either 1. Did not come to skate at all or 2. Brought headphones (which 80% were wearing). I checked to see if they sold them there- but no- make SURE to bring your own if you do come!!! I wish I could add a sound bite or a link to the music that no one but that one lady has ever heard. I asked Siri to tell me what song is this- she couldn't even find it in Apple Music! Good luck if you are having a party there! Make sure all your guests know to bring headphones as well! No one likes to be musically poisoned!

I expected so much more- I don't know why but I did. It looks the same only in much worse shape than it was the last time I came in 20 years ago.Here for birthday party today...that my 4yr old daughter was invited to. Party was for 8 kids. It included skating, 45 minutes in a "party room" w/ 2 pizzas, pitcher of soda, place setting with skate themed plates and cups, tiny cup of pre-packaged ice cream cup, and a tee-shirt for birthday girl for........ $150. The parents had to cough up money for the cake elsewhere. They probably had $200 in the party- and it just wasn't worth it in my opinion. It was nice idea, and the three-year old birthday girl probably had a great time- and at the end of the day that's all that matters,right? However it's just hard to miss the fact the female general manger who runs it is nothing short of an indignant hick who has no interpersonal skills.

Went this weekend on Saturday for my sisters Birthday , although we didn't do a birthday party there we went there after just to have fun and skate ... when we arrived the lady at the window was extremely rude , she asked me over and over again if I was skating when I had told her I was same for my older sister then she cut us off short and buzzed the door ... We walked to the table in the "cafe" there where our family was, they told us that they had ordered a pizza and had been waiting a long time for it, when we got the pizza it was half cooked and doughy in the middle ... JUST A HEADS UP THEY DO NOT REQUIRE MASKS !! So the cooks in the kitchen were not wearing gloves and they also worked the ticket window handling money and also handling food. Moving on to the widow where you exchange your shoes for skate rentals , the lady working in the rental window was extremely rude .. I took my niece to the window to get her skates and I simply asked the lady if the skates ran big and she cut me off mid sentence and said "I need your shoes " when I put my shoes on the counter for her to grab before I asked her my question ... I just let her give me the skates .. other than the horrible customer service , it was extremely Busy for a Sunday you could barley walk down the walkway for people skating on the carpet ... The bathrooms were disgusting, and overall it was a bad experience... if you don't like people not following COVIDs safety guidelines I wouldn't recommend going here !! I wouldn't recommend going here overall anyways !! But if you do , wear a mask to be safe it's always packed !!

Rink van Winkle.Same rink for the last 30 yrs. Same paint. Same bathrooms. They even played Thriller. Great price tho. The only real complaint is the bad customer service. I mean geez....get trained up staff!! Who do u think u are? The only rink in town? ....Oh yeah...u are. Nevermind then. Guess I'll see ur rude ass again in the future.

The worker doesn't like my friend so she's refusing service this is very immature and unprofessional this place gets one star only cause they have good food

This place is OKAY i just know some of the staff are really rude the ones that are incharge of the food or are behind the counter can be really rude. I know a lot of the staff fat shames people and is also rastic to people.

deserves 0 stars but thats not an option. got kicked out for "cussing the employees out" all because i did not allow them to disrespect me. then they continued to walk past where i was and point and laugh, real mature. the employees names were morgan starnes and ellie something (i think) 10/10 don't recommend coming here if you're going to bring your child unless you want them to get disrespected by a bunch of teenagers who think they're the all that.

Management body shaming kids ? Calling them out of their name(big boy) not letting my son come back because "he didn't listen " my son has a hearing impairment and has to be close to hear . Rude people do not recommend !!!
