SIP Whiskey & Wine Bar

The elevator was broken so 3 flights of stairs isn't a huge deal but it looked like it was deterring other people from following us down the hallway to the stairwell. The climb was so worth it that we went back two more times during our weekend getaway from Atlanta! The bartenders were all so kind and professional, and the ambiance is seriously awesome. The bathrooms were clean, and the whole vibe was just fun and youthful (I'm only the former.)

Lackluster. Drinks mediocre, ambiance wasn't that great. There are way too many fantastic bars to go to with high quality drinks and food. Not for us.

My cousin wanted to show me downtown Greenville and we checked out this spot first. It up a few floors and has an outdoor seating area. The heaters weren't turned on, so I was really a comfortable experience. The layout of the bar is also kinda weird with the DJ area and the dance floor being split from the main bar(only one open that night) and the lounge area. The bar is where you order both drinks and food which causes a backup and you have to go back and check to see if your food is ready for pickup. All that being said.....the pork belly tacos are amazing. I would go back just for that. All in all a good spot, just takes getting used to.

We came for happy hour. Half off wine and whiskys (that are under $20). Service was very friendly. Ambiance was nice, but the men's restroom is a bit of a mess (at the time of posting, there was graffiti on the wall and the faucet was ripped out of the sink). It was chilly yesterday, but there is outside seating. I am sure that this place is hopping when it's nice outside. Cool spot to check out in DT Greenville.

Love the setup! It's a good spot for a first date or group get-together. Limited food options, so eat before you go. Extensive drink menu with specialty cocktails. It's located on the 4th floor. Garage and street parking nearby.

My friend and I were Downtown doing some bar hopping. We got there right before the mad rush ! We loved how cute and cool the place is and the people are so kind. Seats were being saved but some nice people let us share their couch. I had a peach " drink in a pouch" $9 and boy did it pack a punch. It was delicious.

The sangria is amazing. Outdoor space upstairs is pretty cool too. The music was absolute trash. Apparently the owners make playlists and they are required to play them. Definitely ruined the vibes there!

Not the easiest place to find for a non local but once you find it you'll never forget how to get back! Sip Whiskey & Wine Bar has a cozy atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating for an individual or a crowd. So come alone or with a group and enjoy a great drink and appetizer before heading downtown for dinner!

SIP has great charcuterie & wine! They also have yummy signature cocktails The rooftop outdoors has great views of Main Street with comfy couches and an outdoor bar Service is friendly and offered great suggestions! Definitely one of my go to spots in Greenville

I usually love coming here. The service is usually great, however there is one lady that works there that I have a bone to pick with. She is blonde with a tan, and she was working the floor on Friday night (8/3). She screamed at me (not a crowd, just me) to move out of the way, so I was talking loudly to my friends about it and she overheard me and goes "When I tell you to move, you move," in a REALLY nasty tone. She needs to be disciplined because quite frankly, this looks really bad on the bar of what's supposed to be a higher caliber bar.
