Sigmon’s Grill

Yesterday was my birthday and my husband asked me where I wanted to go for dinner I told him I wanted a burger at Sigmans. So he took me. I could have opted for a fancy restaurant, but I didn't. NoI ordered sliced onion for my burger and it came out with none. After a few minutes the waitress noticed me not eating my burger. She asked me if I needed something. I said yes, my slice of onion. ( the waitress clearly wrote ketchup, pickle and slice onion on our check). She went to the pass thru window and asked the cook for a slice of onion. He proceeded to ignore her. A few minutes later she asked again and he very loudly told her "No". I was fuming because I was sitting close and witnessed the whole thing. Finally the waitress went back into the kitchen, opened a refrigerator and got me a slice of onion. Now mind you the cook went to that exact refrigerator at least 4 times to pull hot dogs to cook. Andit's not like he had to slice those onions, for they were clearly sliced. I have been coming Sigmans for years for their awsome burgers. But you have lost my business because of your ignorant rude cook. I have referred many customers to Sigmans, however sadly there will be no more. I have tried to call them, but it keeps going to mailbox and it's full.If this owner truly cares about his/ her customers and customer satisfaction and returning business they need to get their cook under control. We ate there 8/22/16 at about 6:30 pm. Sigmans owner you may reach me at 828-459-9067 tues thru sunday after 11 am if my business means anything to you. Update. ..I talked to the owner of this business and basically he was very rude and didn't want to listen because it was lunch hour. I did not recommend this business for any customer service! Stopped in this morning for a yummy, inexpensive breakfast. Was truly impressed by this little place. It didn't look like much for the outside, but inside I found the girls warm and friendly and the food just the way I like it.

Great things about this place1.Food came out warm and delicious2. Service was great but this one girl wouldn't stop talking about her life story3.I didn't have time to go in and eat so I got a to-go4. Sometimes busy food will sometimes come out a little cold but it was still very good5.Just plain amazing

The waitress was very friendly and the food was good and a generous portion. And they were very busy at the time

Nice staff and great country cooking especially the club sandwich, hush puppies, bbq.

the food is great the service and staff are amazing super lovely people, would recommend the ambiance is very lovely as well.

Doesn't look like much on the outside but their food is great! Waitress and staff make you feel like your at home the entire visit! I love the grill and try to pop in as much as I can!

Great hole in the wall. Salad and burgers were very good. Ate here 1-2 times a week over the summer and loved it.
