Man I really wanted to give this place five stars. The food is fantastic; the best corn nuggets and fried okra on planet earth. The chicken strips with the seasoning is sooooo good. The only problem I've had is that every single time I've eaten here, it takes a crazy long time get your order. It's never been less than an hour wait; Today I placed an order and after waiting an hour and forty five minutes, I finally had to cancel. I get that ordering delivery adds time and fresh food takes longer, but these wait times are a bit excessive. If the service was a bit better-- 10 out of 10 all day

Neighborhood best kept secret....unless you are from Rock Hill you wouldn't find this spot. The hostess/cashier was so nice and knowledgeable to explain everything. The vibe is a ole time Sunday fish fry after church. All the food is fried... keep that in mind!! After ordering the food, we fixed our drinks. You can choose to sit at any table. We sat by the window so I could get a better feel and interact with the locals. Let me get into this food......The food came out within 15 mins hot and season to perfection. We ate until we couldn't eat anymore.... these plate pack power!!

The food was delicious! I would improve on the dining area and get the soda machine working again, and brighten up the place. But will definitely return. We saw more take outs there. The staff were very nice and helpful as it was our first time and service was quick even as busy as it was. Highly recommend.

I rarely crave pork chops, but I've been craving them lately. For as long as I can remember, I've been told they are the best at Shrimp Boat. I called and ordered extra crispy. Got home, 15 minute drive or less, not crispy. I had to put them in the oven to get them crispy and patted the grease off. Terrible. I may never order these again. I was so disappointed.

Shrimp Boat has gone downhill. The food here used to be the best in town. Service is bad also. I ordered online and had to still wait an additional 15 minutes and there were no other customers in the restaurant during lunch hour???!! The chicken tenders were not seasoned at all after I asked for extra seasonings. The employees were standing around hold LOUD a conversations with each other and not checking the order. French fries were cold and rubbery. Sad to see.
