A wonderful place to hold an event at a reasonable cost. The owner does all that she can to accommodate your needs. We had a great event for about 40 people with plenty of room to accommodate more.

Shatley Blue is a quaint, cozy little venue tucked away in Kannapolis. It is such a warm and inviting venue that make you feel like you are at home. Working with the owner Tena Steen was a pleasure. She made access extremely easy and was great to work with. The venue would easily hold 80 for a sit down dinner with a space for those that want to get their groove on to music. We had a 70th birthday party there today and it was quite a success!

This place is beautiful! Overlook the immediate surrounding areas and be transported to the event venue of your dreams! Mrs. Tena, the owner of Shatley Blue has done an amazing job restoring and transforming the facility. The space and her flexibility to cater to your needs are exactly what I needed to check a wedding venue off the never ending list of things to do before my fiance and I say I do. She has tables and chairs galore. There's a man cave with Panthers stadium suite seats, and a flatscreen t.v. , as well as tons of decorations that you can use, over 100 wine glasses and the ability to set up the entire space anyway you want -- you couldn't ask for more... a pond would set place off though! Her price point can keep you well under a 1000 dollars, perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and even corporate events.
