Seagrove Family Restaurant

This down-home Southern diner doesn't look like much from the road. When you go in, the atmosphere changes. I arrived on a rainy Saturday morning to have brunch before setting out to explore the Pottery Capital. Locals came and sat down for some food and conversation. I felt something special: a sense that there's no need to rush. Sit and enjoy some good food and a cup of coffee.I got their Corn Beef Hash breakfast. Who knew that grits with gravy is a thing? Usually, I have grits with butter, egg yolk, or cheese. My servers catered well to me. One of them was wearing a Peanuts shirt. Sorry that they're making you do stuff! You served me well and gave me something to remember on top of the pieces of pottery I bought from the local potters.

In for breakfast on a Friday at 10 AM.Wanted Biscuits & Gravy but they ran out of biscuits at 9.Said they don't make too many so they don't have leftovers.ORDERED:2 eggs with corned beef hash, hash brown potatoes and toast. $6.99Coffee $ 1.75Will go back next time I'm in town.

We found this on yelp app looking for somewhere to eat off the highway. It was well worth the trip the staff was amazing friendly gave me a sample of their homemade chicken salad was delicious we will be back

Stopped there this morning looking for a good country ham biscuit. I was not disappointed. Very clean and staff were friendly and welcoming.

I love this place, food is so yummy. People are so friendly and welcoming. You can get just about anything you want to eat.

Visited on a Friday afternoon in July of 2018. We were 4 of us and it is a diner style restaurant. We didn't have to wait to get seated but I can imagine it to get crowded on a holiday as it's probably one of the few restaurants in the area. We were checking out the potters in the area when we found this restaurant for lunch. It's a simple restaurant with simple American food. Must Try:Pig Pickin' Cake

Great food , chicken wrap was delicious, great service but man could it use a good cleaning.

The food & service was very good when we had breakfast here this morning, especially since only one waitress was working and it was busy. Very inexpensive breakfast. They could get five stars if they fix the seating, lots of the booths, the seating did not have the vinyl covering on them anymore and you were basically sitting on the stuffing, if can afford new booth seating, maybe have an upholsterer fix the booth seats.

The food was very good and prices reasonable. Our waitress did a great job at serving us. This restaurant is not fancy but just perfect for breakfast and lunch. My only complaint was the women's restroom was dirty and not a nice place. The toilet seat wasn't on the toilet properly. I would go back but wouldn't use the restroom.

Don't judge a book...Great food! Double burger, fries, AND drink, $9.99! Delicious! Burger hand Pattied, cooked perfectly. Fries were golden outside with perfect center. Very nice staff too! Just a minute off the freeway. Worth the stop.
