Surprised but yet oh so impressed! Don't let the exterior of this place fool you. The staff and food are amazing. Huge portions, home cooked goodness and reasonable prices make this a spot we return to time and time again. Huge menu- something for everyone. The tea is just right!! Salad bar is what caught my eye. We left absolutely stuffed but oh so happy. My man has hush puppies and fried catfish, the salad bar was enough for me but everything that came out of the kitchen looked great. Will be back for sure. Plenty of parking. Fast food and fast service. Come check them out and just ignore that it's in a gas station!

ROMEO group of nine went here today. Last time we were here was right after Covid, 2022. Scottie's has changed their menu since then and now have opened up the Buffett salad bar. The waitress set up a table for nine seating and took our drinks. We ordered (2) Gyro sandwiches, (2) Italian Subs, Cheeseburger, Hamburger, Souvlaki Chicken sandwich, three piece catfish and a Cheeseburger. The amount of food and size of the sandwich are very large...great amount of food and the cost is reasonable. The Gyros were full of meat and good. The Cheeseburger guy gave it a rating of 5! The Italian Subs were huge, but we wished they would've been heated ( I don't know if they would've done that if asked). The three piece Catfish were three very large Filets and excellent. Nice batter that was crispy, yet not too thick. All in all we gave the rating a 3.5 overall. This has been one of our favorites for many years. We will of course be returning.

After reading the great reviews about this place, my wife and I were excited to visit and have a salad for lunch today after our round of golf.We arrived, were not greeted, found a seat after being told to sit anywhere and then were promptly ignored by staff. We helped ourselves to menus and waited for help to take our orders.8-10 mins later we stood up and said enough is enough and walked out searching for another restaurant.There are many other restaurants in the area who may want our hard earned dollar. Sad we could not leave a more favorable review.

Our lunch group of six went here today. Arrived at 11:30 and grabbed a large booth for six. Waitress was right on top of things and took our orders. Three ordered hamburgers with onion rings. One ordered the Salad bar and a Cuban Panini. One ordered the Super Sub with onion rings and one order of the Fish and Chips. I can't believe the amount of food. The guys with onion rings must've had 10 or more rings. 1/2 lb hamburgers on a great looking bun. I think it was $9.95 or something like that and a couple dollars for a tea. I was just at Red Robin the other day and we ordered a small tower of onion rings...I think they gave us five, from small to large on the tower. Three pieces of catfish with a tone of raw fries done crispy. The super sub was huge. My friend had to take home half of it. I must say the Cuban Panini was the only thing that didn't look like it really was an official Cubban sandwich. Served on a toasted type bread that really wasn't panini'd very much. Food is great, service was good, and everyone seemed to be satisfied. We've been here many times before but hadn't been back for quite some time. Good to see it's not changed.And the cakes in the front display? Don't get me started on those. Gigantic Cakes. You could feed an army with one of these. A friend of mine recently ordered a whole cake for his Christmas party of about 80 people and had plenty of cake still left over.

You can definitely tell the attentive treatment the "regulars" get vs Joe blow off the street. Unorganized front area. If you've never eaten here you just stand there waiting to be seated until someone in a hurry tells you to just sit somewhere. Tables were dirty, needing wiped clean. Wait staff, servers, or whatever term we're using are clueless as to who they need to attend to. They'd rather stand in the drink area and bitch or moan about their personal life for everyone to hear. Once they do come to your table they act annoyed and it's your fault you don't know the routine or have questions. Portions are large, but I'd rather get a smaller portion with great service than a huge portion to try to make up for what's lacking elsewhere.

Staff was rude, seemed annoyed. Just asked a to see a menu. May give it a try again, not sure though.

The steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. You have to cut in half enough for 2 meals. The chocolate cake delicious. The salad enough to share.The server was very friendly. The dining area small family atmosphere.

Have tried Scotties many times over the years. Have never been impressed, never enjoyed the food. And his new buffet is no exception. Overfilled pans so more food sits there too long and gets slipped around. Everything is always underseasoned. Pizza on the bar is never cut all the way through so you have to wrestle with it to get a piece without touching it. Cooked green beans from a can, sitting in the bar cooking more until they are mush. NO ONE here understands how to run a buffet properly. The burgers are good though. Salad bar is standard but fresh and ok. And the cakes...wow. Those are amazing. I dont go here unless I have to. And all the raving some other people do, well, I guess they just don't know what good food is.

The absolute worst pizza I've ever had in my life and that includes gas station pizza!If I could give negative stars it would be a -10 very easily.Service was adequate and very friendly so I don't hold them responsible in any way.

My entire team of 27 came for dinner, Scottie and his team gave us UNBELIEVABLE service and treated us like family. Amazing food, 11/10, will definitely be back!
