When you think of the word Scallywag, you think of a little rascal, a little devil who isn't perfect, but makes you smile. This describes Scallywag's perfectly.Service was good, the food was solid, all was OK, but the burger was well done, not medium.Everything else was delicious, especially the two drinks we had.It's had a great rustic, vacation feel. Wear your bathing suit, we drove up to the dock and was seated immediately, along with the other boaters. Convenient and fun, plus the band was pretty good too!

This place is a great. Food is good. You're able to take your boat out there and park. Sometimes they have music and it's just a great atmosphere. The staff is usually friendly and attentive.

Pizza and bacon cheese fries. Just awful. Cool place tho if you wanna watch live bands and drink by the lakeside.

Tonight's 20% chance of rain turned into a hectic thunderstorm without notice, and your staff completely rose to the challenge. From quickly getting outside diners under cover, to running around in the storm to clear tables, take orders, delivery drinks, and take down the American flags from your patio, your staff did not skip a beat!Special thanks to the bussers and hostess, Danielle, who helped us move tables (we saw y'all work your butts off!) and our server, Tina, who was a total trooper.

I personally wouldn't even stop here for a beer due to the bartenders attitude but if you can get past that it would be a cool spot to drink on the lake.I repeat... this is not a place you should feel comfortable eating at.... The 5 star reviews for this places food are beyond inaccurate.... I warned you.

We were visiting Lake Tillery for the weekend and had been told Scallywags was the place to go for live outdoor music, so we drove 40 minutes to enjoy drinks and some music after dinner. We arrived at about 9:20 and found the place about 1/3 full, but a good band was playing. We were greeted with a sign that said NOT to see ourselves, but there was no hostess there. Inside, there were very few people, and 2 employees rolling napkins. One was an older woman who began to seat us outdoors, but when we told her we were not there for dinner, she said there was a $10 cover per person. We assured her we would be purchasing drinks (self service), but that didn't make a difference. We weren't about to pay $50 in cover fees in addition to drinks and possibly appetizers at this place. Totally not worth it - and def not worth the drive.

The food was awful..Chicken wings terrible ,celery was tough the potatoe salad not good.Wings 9.99 for 5 and got water 16.11 how does that add up to 16.11 15.00 to get in door to see a band that you can see for free anywhere else.

Our boat trailer was hit so hard in the parking lot we couldn't drive it home. While Scallywags is not responsibl, they manager was a complete liar and jerk when I ask about checking the cameras to try and find the scumbag that hit and ran. The name "Scallywags" fits!!!

Great food and ambiance! Have been going here since their opening. I love going to the dance floor!

My husband and I went there for the first time. I ordered ribs baked beans and coleslaw. the ribs were the worst I have ever had, the coleslaw was not very good. my husband had pulled pork and that was not good either.
