This is really the best Japanese in town. The staff is very nice. Also there is seating if you like, but we always order take out. Enjoy the hibachi!

Ordered the teriyaki chicken and brocoli entree. Food was par for the course. Not amazing, but not bad either. Paid about $6.50 and got my money's worth. This place is open on the weekends (unlike the other 2 Hibachi restaurants in this town) which is a big plus. Food came out super quick. The lunch special from 11am-3pm for $5.75 is a pretty solid deal. I'll be back!

Shrimp and scallops are good. Food is prepared quickly and plenty of it. Good for lunch.

Make sure to say "special" when ordering. I took my son for lunch today and I ordered the special which was teriyaki steak and shrimp with tea for 5.75 tax included. My son ordered teriyaki steak and shrimp with a water. I handed the girl my debit card not really paying attention to the price. I asked my son what he ordered and he told me. So I said you ordered the special then? And he said yes. I asked the girl if she charged me for two specials and she said no. I asked her what was different about his order than mine and she said "he didn't say special". I asked if she was kidding and she said "no ...sorry" as she handed me back my card and receipt. My receipt was for $16.54!! She charged me $10.79 for his meal which was exactly like mine and he had water when I had tea. I told her that was ridiculous but she really didn't seem to care and shrugged it off. Needless to say we won't be going back. Terrible customer service!!

This place usually serves good food, but today was a great disappointment. The rice is bland and looks like is taste and looks like it comes from the brown rice from a box. The stark is overcooked and chewy!

The best Japanese in Randolph county! This hole in the wall has the nicest workers and the best prices! They're lunch specials are my favorites weekday treat

Would not recommend, ordered the habachi steak and rice and all of it including the sauce tasted old. Want some good habachi food in the Asheboro area? Go to Tokyo express!
