Saigon Night

My husband and I finally stopped by after quite sometime of intrigue. Saigon Night did not disappoint! We ordered long island ice teas (they were strong and yummy), light and crispy fried calamari, fantastic shrimp fried rice and a shrimp and lemon grass stir fry. And the egg/spring rolls were crispy and delicious Everything was packed with flavor! The owners were so welcoming and kind- as were all the other patrons! I mean, really just great vibes! I did get to perform a song, which was fun. But next time (there will definitely be a next time) I'm bringing friends and family so we can rent out one of the private karaoke rooms! Can't wait!

Only used the private karaoke rooms and got drinks from the bar. Hole in the wall place that's decently nice on the inside. Extremely accommodating staff that was very nice. Karaoke room was clean, small room fit 10 of us comfortably (we are all skinny so larger individuals may have a more difficult time). Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a karaoke room in the Charlotte area or if you're looking for a fun weekend activity.

Pretty good pho, but not yet ready to give another star. I've been there during the day and the staff is great, but also had a great pho (perfectly tasty, hot, balanced), and a not good pho (bland, tough pho tai, not so well brewed broth). I do love the location as Albemarle road needs better food on this strip of road. Give them a shot. Solid number 3-5 range in Pho Charlotte spots

Excellent food and best service. Whole menu is top tier and recommend you try everything they offer. Huge bonus is that their open late and offer karaoke rooms. Fun time and easy location with plenty of parking

Came here for my friend's birthday and it's was great experience. The owner was super nice and the food was delicious but some was over salted. We got the most amazing waitress and love her. The mussels it's a must get, that was my most favorite of all.

QPair the atmosphere with the beverages and great tasting selection of food you cannot go wrong. Couple that with select rooms for private karaoking with comfortable chairs to public karaoke singing. This place is fun exciting entertaining and delicious. A place to go to get away from our daily life and to go and unwind. A must stop place for food beverages and entertainment.

Now if those memories and the current bowl of pho facing you match is another thing.Saigon Night lives on the outskirts of Charlotte, NC. They sell themselves as a "Restaurant Karaoke Bar," but honestly the focus should more be on the "Restaurant" aspect. I've tried my fair share of pho restaurants, and this place comes closest to matching my ideal bowl of pho. The pho comes out rather unassuming, rather without airs--as it should, stacked with meats, stuffed with noodles and filled with a fragrant and rich broth you often find only in your mother's home. If you are in the area or tired of the hustle of the busier parts of town, try this place. Try the pho. You will not be disappointed. Plus, it comes with free entertainment

Went there last week at lunch. Menu contains the usual suspects. Chatted to the owners while food was prepared and they clearly love their craft.Had the house fried rice and pork bahn mi.The house fried rice was generous on the meats / veg, and seasoned well. The bahn mi is probably one of the best I've had in the city (the egg was a surprise).I wanted something a little more permanent to remember that day, so was a little disappointed at the lack of a gift shop.Their karaoke stage would make an excellent location for a gift shop!

The food is good here. The BBH was flavorful here and the banh mi is a close second for me. The downfall here is the service! I've dined in and for a sandwich and bowl of noodles it took 2 hours from start to finish. That is ridiculous. Today, most restaurants can serve you from start to finish in an hour. The second time I ordered take out and called ahead (20 mins) and still waited another 30 mins with no customers inside the restaurant. I enjoy the food here but the extremely slow service is what really turns me away.

Went back to SN for lunch today. Had the BBH. 9.5 /10! So good and satisfying. They did not skimp on meats. Vegetables were fresh. Did not need to add any other sauces. Ordered a few other dishes Togo. 30% off lunch. Can't beat it. Had to upgrade my review to 5. Y'all need to try this place.
