Safari Lux Lounge

We're visiting Charlotte from Miami and we popped by here on a sunday night. It was a great vibe even though saturdays is when we heard it's popping. Dj was playing great music and our bartender Camille along with our hookah girl were so nice! Definitely will come back next time

We had a good time at Safari Lux Lounge after my sister's birthday dinner. There's no frills or thrills to the lounge but they have a good DJ and a non-chaotic process to getting table service. Once you get in line, the bouncer checks your ID and one of the young ladies brings you over to your table. I can't speak for the experience outside of that so not sure what the drinks were like, nor the bartender or even the bathroom as I didn't leave the VIP area but overall, it was decent.

This location is a nice spot. This was my first time here with my class reunion and we all had a ball. The music was a mix of rap, r&b, and mostly afro beats. The right time go is 1 am on Friday and Saturday. They close at 4am. The inside is kinda spacious. I will return to this location with friends/ co workers to introduce this location. Parking is tight so uber there. U dont have to dress formal to go here.

This lounge owns me nothing... Talk about hospitality... They got it... I enjoyed my 49th birthday here.. between the witnesses and the Hype man I'm on cloud 9. I only came from Greensboro to Charlotte to visit Safari Lux Lounge and Im not disappointed... Thank you for giving me an amazing night. Much success.

I've been here a couple of times and it's always a vibe. The music is mostly Afro beats with some dancehall mixed in. It's a small venue so it gets packed but people are always in here dancing and having a good time. Drinks are okay. Usual bar fare nothing special. Just so you know the parking sucks. Very small lot but you can park at the business next door. That's where it gets four stars for me. But I highly recommend here for a different vibe. It's my go to when I want to have fun late into the night.

Ambiance was great and DJ was vibes but the ladies at the front and the security were horrendous. ( pictured here). Charged a party of 10 ladies $20 each when a plethora of other ladies in the establishment confirmed that they entered for free after 2am. Like i said pretty fun but be prepared for them to tax you.

0 out of 5 I do not recommend. Their ac broke and it's summertime so I don't think I need to go into further detail about how hot it was in the club. But it was so hot the dj equipment must of burnt out because there was a point where there was no music playing. Ordered a drink and they didn't have the ingredients so I ordered something else and the bartender had the nerve to add her own tip. There was a dead roach in the woman's bathroom and saw another one scurrying away from one of the trash cans onto the empty dance floor. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went but it was spur of the moment. Find you something else to do I'm sure there are plenty of better options

The owner told me that we would get a section for free and then he took it back and made us pay $700 for a corner section. He also told us we could move to a larger section because we had a large party and took that back. Do not come here. You cannot trust anything that comes out of their mouth. There are much better places in Charlotte to go that are way more affordable. Have a much better vibe and don't smell weird. Also, the MC was walking around and touching people weirdly.

Safari Lounge was definitely a vibe!! The energy in the building was great! The people were friendly and no drama!

They advertised that Saturday nights was a mix of music and they played Afro Beats all night. The music was just the same beat all night. Terrible experience!!!! I will not return. The night was trash... the dj told my sister if she wanted to hear different music she had to pay him.... just trash
