Love the food and the staff. Very nice establishment. Every time I come I try something new and haven't been disappointed yet. If only there was a live band on Friday nights I'd feel like I'm back home! Great job

Sabor is an amazing Charlotte success story. Founded in 2013 in the Elizabeth neighborhood it has now spread not just around the Charlotte area but throughout the state as well. They did this by serving up delicious food inspired by the street vendors found all over Latin America. My first introduction came at this location here in NoDa. After a night out with friends we found ourselves quite famished and decided to repair here since they are open till midnight on the weekends. It was a nice summer evening and it was a lovely time chowing down on nachos and drinking margaritas outside on their small patio which faces the sidewalk and is great for people watching. The restaurant is fast casual and you order your food at the counter, and the prices are very reasonable. I like to pop in and eat inside, but when I lived in the neighborhood it was a great place to put an online order in and then go pick it up. From their tacos, to their yuca fries, to their street corn, they have authentic and delicious flavors. You can also customize your own bowls, burritos, etc. to make things taste how you want. This is a Charlotte gem and I have found them to be of comparable quality at all the locations I've been to, but this location in NoDa will always be my favorite.

We live nearby so we were super excited to try all that Noda dining has to offer. We've been here twice so far and both times have been great! It's a very casual location, that seems to be pretty busy on Taco Tuesday (which we have yet to try). We came on a weekend and it was not very busy, we ordered our food and I feel that the wait time was normal based on the amount of people in the establishment. I opted for two tacos at the recommendation of one of the staff members: Shrimp and Al Pastor. The Al Pastor was amazing! Very tender and the taste was out of this world. I did enjoy the shrimp, but they were very small and I only had about 3 shrimp on the whole taco (so it basically felt like I was eating lettuce and cheese). One thing that was really fun was the salsa bar in the back. We enjoyed trying a few salsas with our chips, and on top of our tacos. My husband opted for one of the bowls that he honestly ate so fast, I couldn't even tell you what type of protein it had (but it was very very good). The plantains were properly cooked and everything in the bowl was seasoned so well. I also enjoyed a margarita, which was just what we needed to accompany my meal! I enjoy that this location has a small "bar top" seating out front, which is where we enjoyed the rest of our drinks as we digested all of the food we ate! Overall, we've enjoyed Sabor and do plan on returning very soon!

This latin restaurant is in the heart of NoDa. Cold Beer with a price perfect for your budget. Plenty of interior tables, bottle beer only, but that Grill and the Cook handles business! Wonderful $3 Tacos!!!!

I love the El Dominicano Burrito at Sabor. It is so nice to have a burrito option that is not 1000 calories just from rice alone. The burrito is filled with cabbage and sautéed onion, as well as chicken (or a different meat option, if preferred) and the Rosada sauce. I prefer to substitute in the spicy Rosada sauce and also add shrimp and avocado to mine. It makes for an especially filling and delicious meal.My husband likes the more classic Three Amigos Burrito, which is another great and filling option for someone looking for the "more traditional Tex-Mex" style burrito. The salsas are also excellent. My favorite to put on my El Dominicano burrito is the pineapple habanero salsa. It is both flavorful and quite spicy. My husband likes the traditional salsa arbol, which is more medium spicy. The guacamole is excellent as well. We prefer to top it with hot sauce for an extra kick. One note: Chips are not included with a regular meal and must be purchased separately. Not a big deal, just good to know.

Good local spot to grab a quick bite. The menu is pretty large and you can customize a lot of items so that's nice. I got the beef nachos the portions are big and I also got a margarita, which was delicious. I would recommend if you're close or live in the area
