RSVP South End

Went for New Year's Eve party. They advertised it as an "all inclusive bar package" but when we showed up we were given 7 drink tabs. Fraudulent. Also, this was a ticketed event but we had to wait in line for AN HOUR to get in. They had one person at the door checking IDs and bags. The line literally went to the street corner. Once we finally got in, the place was practically empty bc everyone was outside waiting to get in. Horrible management, planning and execution for such an expensive event. For $125 + fees per ticket I should not have had to wait an hour to get in. Also they need to change their marketing because that was not an "all inclusive bar package". False advertising. The one positive I will say is that they had a lot of good bartenders so the wait for drinks wasn't bad. Save your money go to ink and ivy instead for a fun new year.

We recently visited RSVP while we were hosting family from out of town and let me tell you, this place is top notch!!! The hospitality manager Jason was so much more than accommodating and we were treated with white glove service the entire time. They have an amazing concept with all the rooms offering different vibes (something for everyone). The roof top was my favorite and offered a beautiful view of the city. The total cost for our outing was very reasonably priced for the Queen City and the drinks were totally worth it. I hear they also offer food but unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to sample them. Will definitely be back for those. Do yourselves a favor and check them out for your next night out on the town!!!

The customer service was great and the ambiance is very nice! It's so cool that they have 4 different atmospheres in 1 establishment! I got the Welcome to the Jungle drink in the Parlor and loved it!

Ask for chris, he's the best bartender I have ever met! He will never disappoint! I will forever come here as long as chris is here!!

I have been here plenty of times, me and my boyfriend. Last weekend one of the bartenders with a hat put his hand in my face and proceeded to another customer because he thought i was drunk! second, tonight me and my boyfriend are on the rooftop enjoying drinks and drinking water... SAME bartender white guy with a hat, FILED A COMPLAINT TO KICK HIM OUT even though we were sitting at a table enjoying music?!! we love coming here to sit and listen to music but second time? we were literally sitting down not bothering anyone!!! it's ridiculous i love coming here but second time and THE SAME BARTENDER?! Everyone has been very nice and respectful except him!!!

Visited here when we took a trip to Charlotte. So much fun! The food is great if you are looking for a good lunch spot. The service was excellent and if you are looking for a great night club- this place is a blast.

TERRIBLE experience. The security were extremely unprofessional. Shined their flashlight into my stall as I was peeing and accused me of doing drugs. Then proceeded to kick my friend and I out of the bar and put their hands on us while screaming at us. Oh and the security guards assaulted another seemingly non-violet guest, flipping him over onto the concrete and making his face bleed. In what world do security guards have the authority to physically assault guests????? Fire everyone at this horrid bar.

I walked in with a good group of friends wanting to grab a drink and check out. To my surprise, there was no one there, but we stayed to give it the benefit of the doubt. When my friend and I tried to leave we were chased by a security guard yelling at us. He made us show our ID's and was spoke to us in a very rude and hostile tone. This experience has warranted my first ever yelp review! I am extremely disappointed and will never step foot back there again.

I get what this place is trying to do. I really do. it is one of those places that seem real good on paper, that rooftop bar is pretty nice as well. i was super stoked when this place was announced. the problem?? What sometimes seems good on paper doesn't actually work out well in person. RSVP is a perfect example of this. this is another one of those Southend places with expensive drinks, a mediocre DJ, and no dancing, Most likely everyone is crammed in like sardines and is on their phone. It tried to be fancy, but that fell through fast. anyone can go in here now regardless what you wear. I see sweats and ripped jeans. How many places like this have opened up in the past 3 years here in Southend? Gin Mill, Canopy, Brickyard, Tyber, Resident Culture, all come to mind. Atleast those places have vibes and try to be something. RSVP just lets you down 4 times with each bar being the same crowd, with just different music playing. you're just going to get a quarter effort here. I recommend staying away from this spot until 6 months to a year after it opens. They Market it fancy with all the low-scale models and influencers going to it, but after 3 times I am not impressed, even post VIP status once.
