We stopped by here for a night cap, didn't try any of the food because it was so late. However this is a great spot to have a drink on the patio & enjoy the downtown GVL vibe. Our cocktails were perfectly mixed, the staff was really cool and the menu did have some items that I'd like to try next time, particularly the brisket chili! Definitely will be coming back for dinner soon.

$17 for pizza and salad bar but they do not replace empty stations. Didn't put pizza out. I had a carrot salad with no romaine lettuce. Never got to try a slice of pizza as well. Very dissatisfied with salad bar experience.

Stayed at The Hyatt Regency Greenville which made this atrium second floor location very accessible. The hostess stand is on the street side so you have to walk through the restaurant if entering from the hotel.Greeted and seated, chose an outdoor enclosed heated patio adjacent to a water feature. Nice footprint with ample seating.We only had brunch during our stay so i can't speak about lunch/dinner. The brunch was very nice. Servers take waffle and omelet orders and they are served piping hot. The remainder of the brunch is buffet style. tasty hot coffee. Highly recomendedSlainte

We had the best experience here. Connor was our server and he was funny and attentive and took excellent care of us. The place is gorgeous and open concept inside the Hyatt hotel. And the food was incredible. Definitely do the 3 course and get to sample everything. We can't wait to come back!

Nicely hand crafted Southern food! The service is ok. Im not sure if they are the Hyatt employees or not. The restaurant is in the Hyatt. The ambiance is great! The waterfalls are lit at night and the patio is great for people watching of downtown Greenville.

This place was so good! We shared a few apps and entrees and everything was delicious. The staff were kind and welcoming and I loved the atmosphere. The restaurant is huge and there is also a nice outdoor patio space. My wife and I stopped in for a breakfast. The service was great and the food was okay but that was about it. I had an omelette with chicken sausage peppers and cheese. Good but again just okay. My wife got the big breakfast. It was again good but not amazing. The one down side was cost A soda was 4$ and total was 38.88 without the tip. Again it fit the bill for a breakfast just a little less than great.

Great place. Great ambience on the patio. And unbelievable Food. Try the scallop shareable. They really know how to cook a scallop. They have live music every Thursday, Friday night in the summer.

My daughter wanted to come to the Roost for her birthday. The restaurant is very nice and the food was delicious. I had ribs, potatoes and Brussel sprouts. I could only eat half. The server was very attentive. Definitely suggest trying!

A decision to have a last minute lunch here is one I will regret. I did the brunch buffet ($25) - not worth it. Everything but the deserts were just so so (the garlic mash was way garlicky), green beans were bland. But my server was great and very attentive (he made sure I was taken care of).
