Restaurant is crowded, felt like we were in a crowded deli/ cafeteria. Pictures are misleading. This is not an upscale place. Just a mediocre place with upscale pricing. One single person bathroom per gender. Food- hardly came our way, we had to ask several times if there was more meat coming.Shrimp came out several times to other tables but not to ours. We had to finally ask if we can have some. We were a table of four and kept getting the scraps - not enough for a table if we all said yes to the option. (Example chicken wings came by- only two wings available on the stick...) One time the meat came by with a long hair / fuzz attached to the meat and with seasonings... Salad bar - the lettuce and basic salad options were gone both times I went up to grab some. Drink service/ water refills were lacking. Had to ask repeatedly. Overall service - not at all the usual friendliness you can expect from a Brazilian establishment. Servers seemed unmotivated - just a sad vibe especially for Valentines weekend.Price- none on the menu. Turned out our "valentines special" rodizio was 60/adult. When I asked what that included - I was told it is because they offered shrimp and veal tonight...Way too expensive for the service and the ambiance. A disappointing birthday dinner. We don't plan to return.

That in itself is not bad; however, if you are charging more than Fogo de Chao, you might as well serve me as much meat as they do.

Very nice Ambiance, very friendly staff and easy to get to.The restaurant was very clean, ample parking and ot was not busy for a Saturday afternoon.The concept is simple, you grab your own sides & Green Side for "Go" red side for "No" when it comes to the meats.Multiple options for sides that were fresh and delicious. They offer a variety of meats including lamb,Filet Mignon, chicken wings, bacon wrapped chicken, brisket, steak, and our favorite dessert the Brown Sugar glazed Pineapple!!. You can eat until your heart & stomachs desire.I also had a white Sangria which paired perfectly with my meal. I would return for sure and would surely recommend this location .

I think it lacks integrity and it's a little deceptive to not list the prices on the menus. The website doesn't list it. And every time I go there, the prices go up as they please. If you accidentally go to the take out menu when you get there they will tell you that the to go menu is not available for dine-in. They also failed to tell you that the à la cart is no longer an option. This essentially corners you into dining in at $60 -$70 per person depending on the mood of what price they want to give you that day. At that rate, the service has to be excellent, which it was not. Prices always change way too much. I ordered a nonalcoholic drink and they overcharged me $11 for a simple lemonade and when I pointed it out to the waitress, she pressured me to accept it. Telling me it's the same cost for all drinks. I find that dishonest and for that reason I won't return. It takes away from enjoying my experience when my dinner turns into analyzing overcharges and an ignorant waitress getting a very overesized tip she did not earn with extremely poor service that lacks integrity.Unless they correct and get honest and upfront with their prices, options, and services, I'm not returning.

The service was great. I was seeking a larger selection of meats but this place just didn't have enough options.

Weirdly it's located in a plaza. It's a bit far away from where I live but the parking is definitely better than parking at Uptown where Chima was. So the concept is very similar to Chima. However, they have the buffet and salad bar. From the buffet, I got the Brazilian cheese bread, spaghetti, a Caesar salad and their potatoes salad. Everything was great except the spaghetti. I'm not a fan. Their meat selections was very good. I was surprised not to see any fish selections. But hey I'm ok with it. The customer service was phenomenal. She was alway on top of things. And very accommodating. For the ambiance. It's nice that I didn't have to dress up., because I really wanted to wear paternity pants with all the food that I was eating. However, my only complaint is the music. For a Saturday night. It being a full house. I can't even hear myself think. And there were 8 ppl at our table. So there wasn't much room for conversations.. but other than that it's great:

The food was okay. Not worth the $185.00 we spend for the 2 of us. The salad bar was running out of items no lettuce. no cheesy bread which was listed on the menu. We were sitting at our table, and the staff would walk right pass us without asking if we wanted the meet, the cake wasn't worth the $22.00 that we paid for it. There are no prices listed. We won't be back.

What a fantastic surprise!!!!!Excellent, I mean excellent food.Let me explain the setup.For one price, there is a very good salad bar, then a very good hot bar for your sides for your meal.I mean you get a plate and get whatever looks good for your sides. Then you sit down and they come to your table with different selections of meat. They have beef fillets, beef rib meat, brisket, flank steak that is tender and delicious, lamb, chicken, pork, sirloin, and other meats that I can not pronounce. Get this - Every meat that they brought out was a 5 star quality meat!!! They brought out grilled pineapple!!!This is the first time we ever had it and it is awesome!!'This place is the absolute best dining experience in Charlotte!!!Thank you for such a wonderful dinner!!!We highly recommend this place.It was $60 a person but ooh my it is wonderful. 5 star food!!!

I never ordered inside the restaurant before but STAY CLEAR FROM THEIR DELIVERY. I ordered from Rios 3 times and 3 TIMES they forgot an item in my order. The 2nd time was the chicken wings! This time, the cheese bread. Their picanha is not that great either. I think they use the worse quality items for delivery. They are not a great Brazilian steakhouse. They are the only one in the area. For those thinking about opening a Brazilian steakhouse know that the bar is really low.
