Rigsby’s Smoked Burgers, Wings & Grill

Recently walked here to grab our pick up order while visiting family on a Friday night. This was my first time visiting and I was highly impressed by the beautiful patio space with glass fire table outside. I hated I was only there to pick up an order and definitely wished I had had time to enjoy the space. There was also live music that evening inside. Pick up was quick and easy and the staff were very nice. We grabbed a couple different menu items to give the family a variety of food including wings, chicken tenders, quesadillas, and burgers & fries. All the food we had was great, no complaints. I especially enjoyed the quesadilla and the lemon pepper wings. Overall, good experience and would definitely visit again for some late night food, live tunes & outdoor fire vibes!

Came here from out of town. My company has a manufacturing facility close by and we are staying at the Marriott. We were having a team dinner. They did easily accommodate us. There was about 18 of us. Server was good. Dry attentive for such a large table. It is your typical looking sports bar. They have BBQ and burgers, wings, pizza, and lots of beers on tap. I got the tenders basket. It was ok. Not bad not spectacular. I got the honey Buffalo sauce which was ok. Fries were cold. Everyone else got various foods a lot of burgers and they seem to be enjoyable. We also got some apps and those were ok. Pretzel and cheese was decent. Pickles too. But agin nothing I would really want to come back for. Service was good. Prices are average. Food just ok.

I came here with some colleagues for dinner. After giving the hostess the # of people in our small party, she walked off as if she was confused. But we just laughed it off. Despite being short-staffed, the waitress was nice! The drink I ordered (cranzy-watermelon margarita) was delicious! However, my food (cluck bucket w/ mango habanero & hot honey garlic) was not that great. The tenders need to be seasoned before breading. The coleslaw and the fries were the best things on my plate. If you want some good drinks and multiple TVs to watch sports, this place is for you!!

Horrible, we've been waiting over 30 minutes for appetizers. People sat after us have already been served!! We thought sitting in the bar would be quick, but Erin is also waiting on tables in the dining room. Although the manager comped our meal he offered no apology.We will definitely try the one in Greer, food was good but cold...

Christian was our awesome server!!! She was so professional and super friendly. Food was so delicious, entire staff was so friendly too.

Do NOT go on a Wednesday night. This was terrible. They were doing music bingo or some stupid shat... it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think, let alone a phone conversation I was trying to have. The food and service were great only to have it ruined by the ridiculous loud music. I came to a sports bar to have a beer, watch bowl games and have dinner, not a loud concert. I couldn't even talk to the person beside me at the bar. This honestly ruined my whole experience and I probably won't give them a second chance unfortunately.

Came here with our family while we were in visiting. I was excited to see the menu online and thought they would have a good selection of beers. However it was rather mediocre. The burger was okay, onion rings were okay and the draft beer selection was okay. Service was sub-par, but that's a different story. If I lived close by this wouldn't be one of my regular spots. There's too many other good places out there.

I was expecting a normal lunch but it was the complete opposite, we walk in and get seated with me and 3 others for lunch and I order the caramel milkshake, which tasted like they had put a bucked of salt in it, I could barely sip it before I knew I had to send it back, me and my family orders our food and I order a BLACK BEAN BURGER, 30 minutes later our waiter comes over and says the food will be out soon and I tell her if she can take the shake back and she side eyes me. After we get our food and before eating I say "that's odd" I'm strictly vegetarian so I told one of my family members, try this please. They took a bite and looked at me. Definitely meat. I look over to another family member eating his quesadilla and he looks over at me and says "I thought I said no chicken" he is not vegetarian just doesn't like chicken. No one was around so one of my family members goes and gets the person at the front. We explain and he remakes the food. Turns out he was the manager. He had the food remade but he looked at our burnt fries no one touched and gave us new ones. The black bean burger was too salty but I ate it anyway not wanting to complain again. We paid at left. I don't know if all the staff was new but it sure felt like it. Overall, 1 star. I will not be back and neither will my family. Food was terrible that day. Service was rude except the manager. And the ambiance was weird because it was empty. Don't recommend

we went here to celebrate a birthday. I can't say enough about the staff- they were so accommodating going above and beyond to keep a secret and help with the surprise. our server Christian was a great conspirator with the cake and everyone just made for a great time. our thanks to everyone. P.SThe food and drinks were great too!!!

Food is always great... but fair warning... do NOT go on live music night if you intend to actually talk to the people you re with. They play it way too loud for the size of the place . Literally having to text each other to talk if just crazy. Can't even say enjoy the music because you can't even understand the singer with how loud the instruments are. If they toned them down a little it would be great.
