Decent asian spot - Charlotte standardService is great and honest. One of the dish came out salty, and they replaced it for us with less salt. Their peashoot was fresh today too.Their seafood tofu pot was decent, the squid was a bit overcooked though.Singapore Curry Noodles - will come back for this

Amazing food and great service! Came with one evening and got a table right away. Staff were immediately very accommodating with our dog. We tried a variety of dishes and liked every one. The eggplant was one of my favorite. The atmosphere is also nicely decorated with a darker, more intimate vibe. Overall great spot!

I've been here once before now and the food was good. But on a Tuesday night at 6:00 we arrived to a mostly empty restaurant. It took awhile for our order to be taken, but after 45 minutes, our meals did not arrive and we left. No one came to our table to explain the wait. By 6:45, the restaurant was getting busy, but it doesn't explain the delay in our meals. We will not return.

We have been going to this place for years and so happy to have this gem (only one of its kind left in Charlotte) that serves authentic Chinese. Our absolute favorite here is the shredded pork with bamboo shoots and the three pepper lamb. Kids love the dumplings and the Dan Dan noodles. Service is always friendly and food arrives in a reasonable time. The ambiance inside is very warm and inviting. I absolutely love the cherry blossom tree in the middle of the restaurant. They have a bar with a decent selection of wines and beers.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants. I've probably had more take out here than any other place. My absolute favorite is the Eggplant with tofu in clay pot. I crave this dish so often that it's becoming a problem. Spicy stir-fried wok on flaming pan has several veggies along with crispy fish. This is also another go to item-- tastes better if you eat this at the restaurant. Ambiance is clean and surprisingly large area. Service is average, nothing to write home about. There's an open parking lot so no worries about finding a spot.Absolutely a fan of this place and will be returning again and again!

We ordered delivery from this restaurant and the ONLY positive thing we can share is it arrived hot. Otherwise every dish we got was inedible! Threw all of it away- chicken sesame, general jo's chicken, hot and sour soup, and dumplings that never arrived! It was disgusting! Nothing was 'spicy' as described. It was absolutely awful. DO NOT make the mistake we made! DO NOT order from this restaurant!

I stopped in here for a late lunch again...and for some reason, I decided to try a different flaming pan dish, this Pork Spare Ribs Flaming Pan, along with Scallion Pancakes.First of all, I love how they renovated the booths...much more comfortable, and looked nicer too. I wish they cranked up some overhead music. The place is SO quiet each and every time.It seems that every time I go here, there's a new waitress...and unlike a few in the past, this one was very friendly. However, she didn't speak nor understand my English. We had to flag over the Manager every time I asked questions, or issues with the order. For instance, I ordered Scallion Pancakes as an appetizer, and she delivered Fried Dumplings. However, thanks to the Manager/Owner on site, they were able to replace that. They even delivered a complimentary appetizer, Chicken Feet. Unfortunately, I wasn't adventurous enough to try that. I felt bad, but I'm very skittish with gamey food options. Still, it was a nice gesture. As for the Pork Spare Ribs Flaming Pan, here's the deal. I guess I was expecting meatier, softer ribs (maybe I was thinking about the Korean version, Galbi Jjim??)...but it was definitely not what I had anticipated. They were tiny bits of meat, mostly bone spare ribs. Not bad (spicy, but that's about it?), but very hard to eat. I definitely will not order that again. With the Spicy Fish Flaming Pan, you definitely get more fish meat for your money. The saving grace was the vegetables. Just as with the Spicy Fish version, their flaming pan came with a good variety of exotic veggies (ones you rarely see)! I also loved the heat level and the spicy flavor of this dish....just about perfect. Despite not loving the hard, spare ribs (not enough meat, too much bone!), I absolutely loved the veggies!BTW, their Scallion Pancake appetizer was solid. I would definitely consider ordering that again as well.Overall, things weren't perfect...but I really appreciated the generosity of their flaming pan dish. I might have said it before, but you definitely get your money's worth...even when the pan included more bone than meat (in this particular case). I say this because the generosity of the veggies (both the varieties and the abundance of them) is amazing! For this, and the graciousness of the Owner for sending me the complimentary appetizer, I'm not dropping any stars for my latest visit.I will definitely go back to my Spicy Fish flaming pan next time. That dish is possibly one of, if not my favorite, entrees in all of Charlotte. I'm not even sure why I decided to stray from this, and order something else?

This was our 2nd time here and I must say our first time was a very great experience, this time around it's the same. From both visits, here are our must haves:Cucumber Salad (compliments every dish well)Dumplings Wonton in Chili OilFried Chicken with dried chili peppers Beef Chow fun (simple but flavorful)Our 2nd visit for dinner, we wanted to top off with their fried fish Szechuan style and added fried tofu, Napa cabbage, vermicelli, and bamboo--it did not disappoint. The crispness of the fish was so good, and then you just dip into the spicy soup for more Szechuan flavors. This is one of my favorite Szechuan places in Charlotte compared to Lee Cafe & Sun's Kitchen. One of the biggest take away is that they care to cook everything to perfection. You won't see an overcooked item here. And then they also balance the numbing flavors nicely where it's not overwhelming. Highly recommend.
