RH Rooftop Restaurant at RH Charlotte

The ambiance was great. First and second floor are a decorator and home decor enthusiast dream. Walk around with wine while you shop. Rooftop dinner with co workers was excellent. Every dish ordered was savory. The service was so good. Attentive, kind, funny. We had a great experience.

Second time visiting RH in Charlotte and happy to say it was fabulously consistent. The ambiance is reason to visit with the rooftop and outside dining, trees, fountains and beautiful lighting indoors. We ordered the the crispy artichokes which is yummy and couldn't wait to enjoy, charred ribeye (medium rare cooked to perfection) and salmon entree with broccolini and mushrooms for sides. The service was wonderful, Larissa took care of us with great care. What I appreciate about their menu is that it is clean eating, great veg options, capitalizing on natural flavors

RH Rooftop Restaurant at RH Charlotte, North Carolina  ⁣  I visited South and North Carolina last week and met up with some familiar faces and met new ones, as well. I've previously mentioned that one of my foodie goals is to visit all the RH restaurants. This is my second one, so far, and I love how everything is so similar when it comes to the service, the ambiance and decor. Nicole was my server, and she was nothing more than a gem. Her attentiveness and generosity was truly one of a kind. I ordered the rosé spritz , lobster roll and truffle fries. Everything was simply amazing and delicious. Before I left, Nicole came back with this salted chocolate chip cookie and to-go water cup to help me stay awake on my long drive. This is what you call amazing service.   If you're ever in Charlotte, North Carolina, I highly recommend this place and make reservations ahead of time.  ⁣

Atmosphere and service for brunch was nice but that's where the good ends. The food was bad, and I got the most basic breakfast. The toast and bacon were burnt. The eggs tasted like they were boxed. The fruit was bland. The potatoes were good. It's very overpriced for the offerings. I would opt to go elsewhere.

I actually visited RH Rooftop Restaurant in July of 2023. The restaurant is located in South Charlotte on top of a furniture store. Parking was free. The furniture store is beautiful and as you head up the elevator you are reconsidering decorating your home. Once you arrive at the restaurant you automatically transport from Charlotte to Miami as soon as the doors open. The views are amazing and makes for great photos ops! We were a large party and the restaurant were well prepared and we were seated immediately. The food amd service was delicious. Out group was celebrating the life of two twin Leo's!! Overall, I was more impressed with the look and feel of the restaurant than anything. The restaurant also has a wide reaching wine list. I would love to come back here for brunch or date night!

If you know me, you know I'm a huge fan of RH rooftop in Charlotte. If I could give 10 stars I really would! It's become a tradition for me to bring family and friends visiting Charlotte to experience the beautiful ambiance and amazing food. Whether it's for lunch, dinner, or a nightcap, I'm always impressed by the quality of the dishes and cocktails, as well as the excellent service. RH Charlotte is one of my go-to spots, and I'll keep returning for every occasion. It's a must-visit!

Upon entering you will be amazed with the decor and restaurant atmosphere. The host approached us right away and seated us. The waiter was excellent made sure our drinks were filled and attend to all our needs from start to finish. The Prosciutto & Delice board is a must-fresh warm bread, delicious assorted cheese and to top it off with the yummy prosciutto. The Peach Bellini had a big peach flavor absolutely loved it. The broiled salmon was cooked to perfect not dry at all with a nice flavor combo. The charred ribeye steak was packed with flavor but nothing too special and the charred broccolini was crunchy on the outside with a soft inside, very delightful. Overall I thought it was a tad bit overpriced but highly recommended this place for a date night or girls lunch spot.

Absolutely loved everything about this dining experience from the pristine service, to the delicious food, to the ambiance. Our server (Nivia) was very professional, kind and attentive. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. Over 1/2 the steak was fatty which I wasn't a fan of but the temperature and flavor was perfect. I have NEVER had a brunch potato crisped to perfection the way these were. The mimosa was delicious. If you're worried about the price then this probably isn't somewhere you'd want to go. Overall I would recommend and I would love to go back when it's warmer to check out the patio.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here on a Tuesday night...First of all, the ambiance was amazing as ever...and this time, we sat in a super-comfy sofa, with a great patio view. Overhead music was perfectly complementing the dining experience as well. Just as before and the time before that, this place is all about the ambiance...at least for me.Now, the food. It seemed nothing changed really since our last visit. VERY skimpy menu...and way overpriced. Luckily, my husband loved their roasted chicken dish (2nd time he ordered this). My son went for the burger and fries, and I tried this GEM Lettuce Salad with Shrimp.Honestly, I was underwhelmed with the salad...and the Shrimp. This GEM Salad was quite plain...and looked nothing like what was represented on Yelp. As for the Shrimp, only 4 pieces priced at 13 bucks. Tasted good, but definitely not worth the price point. At 31 bucks total, this was possibly one of the most expensive salads I've ever had. They should have at least made the effort to make the salad more appealing/aesthetic. Again, VERY underwhelming. Same with this drink, Orange Mimosa...VERY small, way overpriced...and just not that great. Though nothing fancy, the restaurant served up this sizable Chocolate Cookie with a candle for my husband's birthday treat...so some brownie points for that. Still, I found it somewhat shocking that they weren't able to serve up a nicer dessert...given the pricey menu. Not even sure if they had other desserts available...not on the menu, and the waiter didn't mention it.Then there was this "glitch". At the end of our meal, we waited maybe up to 40 minutes (or more?) to get our bill. They had some issues with the computer, and ultimately, the waiter returned my son's credit card, and told us that they were unable to create the bill-receipt (??)...and basically told us that it's somewhat up to us to decide on what we wanna do. We ended up gathering all the cash we had at hand, and settled the bill (somewhat?) that way. I believe we left about 160 cash...and again, no receipt received. With tip, we probably would have paid about 180-185 on the credit card, but we had to leave the only cash we had. A very odd experience. Yes, we underpaid a bit, but then, we wasted nearly an hour just waiting. BTW, it was no fault of the waiter, so I hope he got compensated for the restaurant's "glitch".Anyway, my husband loved his meal...whereas my son and I liked our meals. Although I was disappointed with their overpriced, mediocre salad, I really enjoyed the dining experience (BEFORE the long wait at the end, with no bill and receipt). Truly, it was hard to rate this experience due to the unique circumstances. Still, I'm dropping 4 stars...only because the restaurant fulfilled the task of satisfying my husband on his birthday.

RH Rooftop Restaurant in South Park, Charlotte is perched on the 3rd floor of Restoration Hardware, a luxury furniture store. Its design and art forward offering a unique experience that blends residential design inspiration with dining.The ambiance is calming with a center fountain spectacle. It's an upscale restaurant with typical American food offerings. It's a picturesque setting with gorgeous crystal chandeliers and grape trees. I had the arugula salad with grapes and shrimp. It was crisp and crunchy and the shrimp were served cold cocktail style. Such a beautiful space. I really enjoyed my lunch!
