Regus North Carolina SouthPark

I have had a great experience with Regus, South Park, location, Courtney has been amazing as well as the other staff at this location. It's always clean somebody's always there, and my clients are taking well care of.

I've used Regus SouthPark for over three years and I have been very happy with their staff, professionalism and office amenities. It's a great solution for small business and this center has always been accommodating with a courteous and fantastic staff.

I have been a tenant of Regus for over 10 years. Their phone system is abysmal. I frequently do not get calls from clients, potential clients, my colleagues due to the highly unreliable phone system there at Regus. It costs me business, reduces my professional reputation, and has wasted my time. They nickel and dime you for everything you do. Many of the women staff members have a surly attitude. To move I will have to pay thousands of dollars for new letterhead, to change my address with every site, phone book, and organization I'm registered with, and to notify all of my clients and colleagues. Everything I've said is reluctantly posted but is very fair and honest. Even on this night, the voicemail system at Regus is not answering my phones. Earlier today I tested my phone line because I was concerned that I had not received any calls or messages for the last two weeks!! When I called for myself, I received a message that my phone was disconnected!! When I alerted management no one apologized but said that since it worked when they tested it there was nothing they would do! This is my business! This is my life!!

Deceitful and Disappointing...I initially had a tour with a Tracie Coronado at the Trade and Tryon location. She was very nice and seemed helpful. She informed me that i could do 10 office spaces a month at a certain price and more if i'd like but could just wait until the end of the month to decide if i wanted to do more. Turned out that was just a decietful way for me to sign up. Now to be very fair, she sent me an email with two invoices on the same day. One was for the month that i knew about and apparently the other was for the following month at the same time...they both had the same subject and came at the same time, leading me to believe she sent the same email twice....that was my fault i should have looked...her fault was not being upfront about this and knowing there was a high chance that would get overlooked.At the point i realized this mistake they had already charged me for another month. 15 DAYS INTO MY FIRST MONTH they charged me again for the next month...when i questioned that the response was "we charge for the month ahead" as if that truly makes sense...When you rent an apartment you pay for the month ahead...may 1st your paying for the month of may...why would i pay for the month of May on April 15th...but again that would have been okay if they would have been upfront with this information...I reached out and Tracie no longer responded until I added her boss, which was two weeks after the fact...They claim they cant give me a refund becuase of a fee that would incur, as if they dont have the ability to ignore the fee giving the circumstances.i will say the Trade and Tryon location is very nice though!! The company is just questionable with their tactics. Maybe you'll have a better experience than me. If they change their minds and give me my money back i'll be more than glad to remove these reviews from all of the plat forms...

By far the biggest mistake I made with my business is signing a virtual office lease with Regus. They do not care about their customers at all. The help-desk is very unprofessional and does not pick up the phone. They lure you in but once you sign a contract the customer service is out of the door. Their business practices are shady at best. Google Regus reviews instead of looking just at specific centers and you will see exactly what I am saying. Save yourself and your business the headache.

Beware of doing business with Regus. I have found them to be among the most difficult and unethical landlords I have dealt with. In 2 different situations I have found they will say anything to get you to sign a lease then rarely follow-through with their commitments. If you look you will find equally good space with better landlords in the Charlotte area.

Regus is a joke! I fully substantiate what the other reviewer said. They will say anything to close the deal, and will forget to tell you some important things. Case in point: you will not be able to forward your mail when your lease is over. Instead, you'll have to pay a "business continuity fee." Also, in my case they over-billed on monthly invoice and even double charged for a month's rent. I've rented from Bissell before, which was great, and have done a little with YourOfficeUSA. My advice: stay away from Regus.

DO NOT RENT FROM REGUS! I rented from them. I have several complaints. But, the most recent relates to how they treat their tenants at the end of their lease term. They have a one page agreement in very very small 8 point-type print. One of the provisions buried in their agreement was an automatic renewal for 12 months at 20+% more rent unless I provided 90 days written notice prior to the end my 12 month rental period. Well, I did not see the clause. They came to me 2 business days after it was too late for me to cancel and told me I had to sign their new agreement for more rent and more restictive terms. GOTCHA!!! This practice is prohibited against consumers by NC Code 75-41. Do they care. No!!! This is the first online complaint I have ever posted. Still unsure about Regus. Do an internet search about Regus complaints.
