The bartender Isabella was very rude tonight, she continued to make condescending comments and she completely ruined our eating experience. She rushed us, we had just got our appetizers and she handed us the bill. We ordered drinks and she made a comment and said "oh that's top shelf" .... I know that's why I ordered it. You never know whom you're serving so it's best to treat everyone with respect.

Best Hibachi I've had in Charlotte! The soup and salad were a 10/10. The chicken and steak could use a little more sauce but we're still good. Had a long wait but there's a bar with several tvs to sit while you wait. The restaurant was clean and had cool effects for birthdays and celebrations. Definitely would come back again!

The environment was great. Our waiter was superb, but our cook on the hibachi grill was awful! He confrmed our orders but never spoke or greeted us. We had a 4 and a 6 year old with us, and he didn't put on a show at all, not even a fire volcano with the onions. Very disappointing. Failed to take my normal pictures, due to the disappointment with the cook. The food was bland and not seasoned well at all. This was my second attempt, and I'm ok with not returning.

Walking distance from the Sheraton and Le Méridien. Came here twice for lunch during the week.It's a busy spot, but great lunch specials. The sushi is fresh and good. Portions are pretty big for lunch. I tried the sashimi lunch special and the sushi/sashimi lunch special with comes with soup or salad. I couldn't finish it all! There are hibachi tables too. If you sit at a regular table, you can order hibachi as well. Not too loud, so it was great to have a lunch meeting and chat with colleagues.

My friends & I spend most of our birthday celebrations at Hibachi and we decided to try Red Ginger!! Food: 10/10 yum!!!!!Service: service was so good!!! Ashley is by far the best server we have hadExperience: overall it was a great environment, was fast and entertaining!!Parking: 5 stars!! The parking is perfect for downtown, as you can park in the parking deck across the street from Red Ginger and they validate it inside. This isn't always the case in downtown so was a plus!!Would recommend Red Ginger for a date night out, or a way to celebrate / sit around the table with friends!!

We found this place while walking back to our hotel and getting caught in the rain. We ducked in to get dry and found the best sushi we've ever had! The servers were friendly and attentive, the sushi was great, the shrimp shumai was on point and they were having a 5 dollar martini special. So glad we stopped there. Highly recommended

The Habachi experience/cook was nice. However the service wasnt so great, considering they include the gratuity; what they charged definitely wasnt worth it. We had to ask for the empty dishes to keep being removed & drink refills. The Yum Yum sauce was horrible and the food was bland.

Made reservations for 7:30 , We were seated until almost 10. No explanation other some earlier reservations got seated late. They Spoke with the manager about anything they could do to accommodate the inconvenience and was told they would see what they could do at the end..after charging full price was told that they forgot to give us a discount and they could cancel the transaction and I could wait 3-5 days for a refund and they recharge my card with correct amount.. being charged twice and waiting for a refund, no thank you.
