I love QueOnda! Everytime I go the staff is super friendly from the host, to the servers! My food is always delicious and it comes out fast. And, the restaurant is always clean. On Tuesdays there's usually a wait but this place gets a 10/10 in my book.

Came to Charlotte for my '23 birthday trip. I went to Que Onda for lunch. I was doing my research and once I saw the birria tacos and $3 mimosas? I said sign me up! The mimosas were good. I got pineapple and passionfruit. I ordered the birria tacos entrée that came with 3 tacos, beans and rice. DELISH! I am still thinking about those tacos; the beef was tender and flavorful. They did their thing!

Found this place on Instagram, with a reel of the sorbet margarita flights ($20 for the flight, which aren't listed on the menu and i think are only at the uptown & plaza midwood locations). Sunday brunch wasn't too crowded, we sat outside the weather was so nice. As far as I'm aware there is no comp parking, if you drive you pay to park everywhere. Street parking is free Sundays.We went for CLT taco week so we had to order their specialty short rib taco which isn't on the regular menu. It was DELICIOUS! The best taco we had all week for sure. We split the nachos (no meat) which were good, not the *best* nachos I've had, but still really good. The black bean is the highlight on the nachos. We also split the pork pipian which was so yummy. The corn puree was sweet, we loved it. Pork was crispy and perfectly cooked. The green pipian sauce was something I had never eaten before and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. We will be going back, the whole menu looked great!

I love the decorations. So beautiful! There's downstairs and upstairs seatings. The food was good for the most part. The rice and beans could have used a bit more seasoning but still good! I loved the birria tacos! This was my second time coming and the second time I had birria tacos. Both times was delicious! Service was great! Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and polite!

One word,..birrias!!! I was pleasantly surprised that they had some delicious birrias. I ended up choosing the braised beef birrias and they were sooooo tasty! If I don't come back for anything else, it will definitely be for birrias. Well then again it might be for the margarita pitchers because those things definitely got us right! We chose a strawberry flavor and for the second pitcher we got the mango flavor. I actually like the strawberry better! The up charge when adding a flavor to the margaritas pitchers $4 extra,so keep that in mind! We ate outside because it was really pretty day, but there were a lot of flies so beware! Other than that everything was amazing. The service was good as well. They came back a decent amount of times to make sure we were pleased with everything.
