Quail Hollow Club

In all my years of living in Charlotte, never been here but was so happy to check it out for the Wells Fargo championship wkend. The grounds are huge and beautiful, very well maintained. You will definitely get your steps in there lol. I didn't have access to the clubhouse but from what I could see it was a beautiful building.

This golf coarse is amazing !! I bartended the private suites here on markee 18 for the Wells Fargo golf tournament last week and weekend and might I say what an experience. I met a lot of interesting people and connects . I may come here soon and swing a golf club myself ‍.

Amazing time over the weekend at Quail Hollow for the Wells Fargo Championship.The course was in incredible shape, with spectacular views and great food. Parking was very adequate for such a large PGA tournament and staff was very friendly and helpful. Already looking forward to my next visit to Quail Hollow.

I dined here for a work dinner. My evening started out interesting as I was parking. I had to park at the complete opposite end of the area we were meeting at. Was the parking lot full? No. Was there construction in the parking lot? No. Almost every car was parked either in between the lines or not even in a parking space. If members here are so bad at parking, I hate to think how terrible their golf game is.The evening started with drinks. I ordered a cocktail and received what looked like a properly made one. Excellent! I started drinking and noticed something off. The cocktail was extremely weak. Now, I'd expect this nonsense at Applebee's, but at a country club? Wow, ok then. After a while, we sat down inside, and I ordered another of the same cocktail. You know what I love? When I re-order a cocktail, but the second one looks nothing like the first. I'm kidding, I hate that, and it really makes me question who made my drink.So, now it's time to order our food. I opt for a ribeye because I figured that is the one cut of meat that no one can mess up. I was wrong. Despite ordering it as medium rare, my ribeye was medium in some places and medium well in others. I got to hand it to the chef. Even when I first started grilling, I was never able to mess a ribeye up this badly. My sides were no better. My green beans? Hard as a rock. My mac and cheese? Tasted like it sat in an oven a few hours too long and dried up in the process. I'm starting to think that the entrance to Quail Hollow is really a warp that drops you off inside a Chili's.The whole evening left me very puzzled. I've probably dined at a dozen country clubs across the country, and all have been good, but Quail Hollow sure did miss par.

I was able to dine here twice in one weekend for my cousins wedding. I attended a luncheon for all bridesmaids in one of the beautiful ballrooms overlooking the golf course. The service and food were excellent. I felt like royalty. The array of design, presentation, and selection were amazing. I had a chicken dish wrapped in a crepe that melted in your mouth. For dessert, we were served a beautiful display of an apple tart with ice cream and fruit.I did not think things could get any better until two nights later where the wedding reception began. I could not get over how the club really tried their best to include everyone, serving children their own special dishes for convenience and their personal liking. Chicken fingers and French fries for the little ones if that's what they desired. The atmosphere of the main ballroom was breath taking. There were servers and employees of the club at your every turn, who were beyond pleasurable and professional. Some people would accidentally spill their drink or break a glass on the dance floor, and they immediately attended to the situation. The restrooms were gorgeous! I have never felt so pampered and taken care of. If I lived in the area, I would definitely want to join this club. The views before dark out on the patio overlooking the golf course were probably my favorite part. There were dozens of tables and trees decorated in little white lights and music to your liking. They even provided portable heaters for people to stand around when it got chilly out. I give Quail Hollow five stars all the way. I am not a golfer by any means but this place does it right!

It's just the best. One of top golf courses in the world and as far as watching golf on the PgaTour not many other venues are as good as this one. Enjoy!

This my second trip to the course for Wells Fargo championship. The course is amazing. The upkeep of the entire grounds were amazing!

Awesome time near the 17th at the Wells Fargo!

I was able to volunteer this year for this event and I had an awesome time on the 15th Hole. I got a chance to see a lot of players as they passed through. It is definitely an experience. I look forward to next year.
