Q’s Culinary Cart

This is a hidden gem on the north side of Charlotte. This is a small but mighty restaurant with flavorful hotdogs, sandwiches, burgers, desserts, and special menu items. I ordered a Cajun chicken club and BLT hotdog with onion rings. The chicken was seasoned extremely well and the sandwich was so juicy!! The hotdog was grilled well - I loved the refreshing balance of the BLT ingredients with the grilled taste of the hotdog. And the onion rings?! Crisped to perfection! Entire plate was phenomenal. Customer service was also amazing. I believe I met the owner and he was so kind and helpful. Go support this business - your tastebuds will thank you.

When you want a good hotdog...definitely check out Q's!!! I ordered online today...I was greeted upon walking in the door & was served right away!! The coleslaw was fresh & crunchy (I don't usually eat slaw), the chili had flavor & the fries had seasoning!!!!! I could tell the buns were fresh because it was smashing in with the goodness of the dog!!! I'll definitely be back to support!! Too bad I smashed before getting a pic! Ohoohh & the desserts looked amazing too..I'll try them next time!

Tried Q's Culinary for the first time today after driving by it for several weeks. Q's did not disappoint! Freshly made dogs and fries, coupled with excellent customer service made this meal a winner! Will try the burger next time....Try it for yourself.

Today at "Food Truck Wednesday" Q's Culinary Cart" was featured. I must say Q's is bringing something special to hot dogs & burgers....YUMMY!!! The menu was visible & the music was a vibe. The staff was very nice & prompt. I ordered Home base burger & fries. DELICIOUS!! I highly recommend!

Can't believe I don't have a review on here yet. I fell in love with Q's like 2 years ago when he did a pop up at my apartment complex. I don't eat beef so I love the veggie dog option. I order a BBQ Beanie veggie dog sub ketchup add pickle and it's **chefs kiss! Love the option to also have vegetarian beans. Q is also very communicative on social media. I follow his IG and if I ever have a question I shoot him a dm and he answers really quick.Amazing food and great customer service. Check him out.

Talk about hot dog wasted‼ These are Some of the best hot dogs I have tried in Charlotte hands down and I'm not even a hot dog lover . I love the fact that he offers different types like chicken , vegan and beef hot dogs . We also tried the burger and loaded fries which were also a hit . I'll be chasing this food truck down more often now that I have finally tried it . The owner q is also very passionate about his craft and what he does and just wants to make his customers happy so that's a A plus in my book !

Was at Pour 64 the other day when everyone was talking about how good this hot dog guy was; I'm not a big hot dog person, so I originally did not take immediate interest until I started seeing people's dogs...and that everyone was getting two...So I went out to investigate...firstly, let me say this cart of tubular-meat wonders and artistry has some things going for it aside from the artisanal dogs: I LOVE good music and when a place's playlist is fire R&B, it just sets the vibe; when you are as nice, cordial, engaging as Q was, it's easy to see why the food is so good!Now as for the dogs...they do NOT disappoint! I got the The BBQ Beanie sub bacon for the beans and was in heaven! I scarfed it down so fast I forgot to take a pic! I thought I would only be able to do one, but went back for the Buff Glizzy. I was so surprised and pleased that Q still gave me the 2/$7 deal (I had bought the first dog for $4 and he only charged me $3 for the 2nd!?)...seriously, the kindness and customer service was I absolutely loved not only the flavors, the quality, and smell of these hot dogs, but the fact u can sub and create ur own for the same price and w/zero judgment? Definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish! Can't wait til he returns to Pour 64!

I'm a huge fan of loaded hotdogs, so I wanted to try this spot as soon as I saw it. I first tried it back in 2020 when they were close to our house. My husband and I brought our food home to eat and it was delicious. We've tried these dogs:- BBQ Beanie- Southern Boy- Buff Glizzy- BLTI enjoyed all of them, but the BBQ Beanie was my favorite followed by the Southern Boy. Actually they're listed in the order of my preference. If you see them around town, check them out! These aren't your average hotdogs.

Y'all already know! I have to wait until I have tried a place more than once before they get 5 stars. Well this one was easy!!! The hot dog was still amazing! The chili has a little spice to it and the hot dog is hot throughout! I can't stand a hot dog that when you bite into it-the center isn't hot! Yuck! Well you will not have that problem here!! I wanted to try the patty melt but decided to go with the home base burger with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles with mustard. It was delicious. The cheese runs over the burger giving you that crispy cheese almost like a grilled cheese but you got a burger! Well two patties actually! I will not be back before the end of 2022 however I will definitely be back to try that patty melt!! Keep going young man!

I have been eyeing this food truck for awhile. Finally it was in my area on a day I did not feel like cooking. When I tell you my burger was one of the best I ever had. It was cooked perfectly. I ordered the Cobb burger and fries. Absolutely delicious. Only thing I would suggest is the option for add condiments on the side or on the burger directly. The day I went it was raining, as I waited in my car the owner brought my order directly to me. Great customer service. If this food truck is in area definitely check it out.
