The store was clean and the layout allowed me to find what I was looking for quickly and efficiently. Also, they may not be a restaurant but their deli makes restaurant quality food; especially chicken.

Had a great experience here. Ordered a sub online for lunch, and it was ready right at the pick up time I chose. Whole store was clean, workers were helpful and they were fully stocked with everything. Didn't see a ton of boxes in aisles waiting to be stocked, which seems to be the norm in most places these days. The sandwich I got was the Italian sub and it was delicious. I did buy a prepared salmon meal to take home for dinner so can't wait to see how that turns out.

Somewhere in between Harris Teeter and Whole Foods. Bright, clean store with friendly employees but you are going to pay for those luxuries at the check out.

What a fkn joke! Never again. Ordered a cake for my 1yr old photoshoot and this is what I got! I shouldn't have even taken this mess out the damn store! I thought Publix had professional bakers!

This is not Publix location . This is a warehouse. Drove all the way here for no reason

I've had multiple bad experiences with the food, including dangerously undercooked wings, but not even fully plucking the chickens is too far. You're not supposed to get feathers with the wings.

Our favorite grocery store in the area. Large and clean with friendly and helpful staff. The hot food is delicious, the fried chicken will melt in your mouth! Great produce selection. The bathrooms are spotless and well stocked. This is a great grocery store!

I like Publix. The store is always clean and I can almost always find what I'm looking for when I go there. The bakery section is tempting each time I visit. The atmosphere is welcoming, and friendly workers assist in making you feel relaxed and well taken care of. The cashiers are friendly as well and usually engage you in pleasant conversation while someone bags your groceries. They will even offer to accompany you to your car if you need help. Once when I visited there was a downpour outside when I was about to leave and it was impressive that they provided umbrellas at the door to borrow so you wouldn't get drenched walking to your car. I guess all of the little conveniences is why their prices are a little higher. Fortunately they have sales, so it's not too bad if I come in for a few things. They have a pretty good selection of organic produce which is nice, especially since I've had trouble locating some in other food stores of late. All in all, while I don't typically do large food shopping in Publix, I still recommend it. If money is no object when you shop, and you like a peaceful, relaxing experience in a clean supermarket, you can't go wrong with this place.

This customer service here needs great improving. This is a convenient location for me but every time I come here I get frustrated multiple times now I have ordered a sub for pick up an hour later only to find that it's not ready and then I have to wait another 20 minutes for them to figure it out and make it. Two weeks ago the person in the sub department just gave it to me for free. But this time I went to speak to the manager who just gave me a quick dry response and then discounted it five dollars. Very disrespectful of people in their time.

Publix Harrisburg NCNormally I don't di reviews but this time I have to!!!!I placed an order in person Tuesday for a Weds aug/9 @ 2:30pm pick up, Call the store to make sure my cake was done and they could find my order. Came in earlier and show them my order slips the order was not done. I was told the decorator will work on it asap, and it will be ready on time.Happy to say the cake was better than expected, the work and quality of the work was the best, the cake looks better than the picture I showed the other person. I didn't get the name on the decorator, but I want her know I was SUPER HAPPY with what she did. She definitely knows was she is doing. Im in love with my cake, everyone enjoy it !!!! Thank you decorator you are AWSOME!Keep doing what you are doing.... You made my day! I forgot the inconvenience after i got my cake ;-) THANK YOU!
