Delicious hot mocha with great service and latte art! Aesthetic environment that's relaxing and perfect for any occasion. I love that they were playing Castle Beat, such a great band. Will definitely come back!

hands down my favorite coffee shop! the flavor of their coffee is just top notch. my go to is their iced caramel latte, but the seasonal flavors are amazing. the staff is wonderful and service is great. i love popping in for a coffee on my lunch break or spending a few hours doing homework. there's a ton of seating (including couches!) and lots of natural light. i literally have to limit myself to only going 2-3 times per week, it's that good lol

Service was awful. I had an appointment and showed up on time. They said I had to come back in 1 hour. I did and they said sorry need you to come back again.

I tried provided coffee while stopping in Concord. First off the space is amazing. It is so large with multiple types of seating options. There were large groups having meet ups and individuals working. Since it is so large it felt quiet and relaxed. In terms of the drinks, I tried the seasonal pomegranate chai. I thought the chai was unique and had a great spice to it. For some it might be a little strong. Next time I would want to try a coffee. My friend got a cappuccino and the pull seemed to be really good. They also have a special roast for their beans that seemed like a unique blend. Can't wait to go back or maybe even try their location directly in Charlotte!

We moved here from out of state a couple months ago and have been on the hunt for a good coffee spot since we moved here. We've tried probably 5 or more of the local spots and just discovered Provided. They are definitely in our top spot right now! The big industrial building they are in is very fun and trendy on the inside. There is a second hand clothing spot in there as well that's very fun to look through. The latte I got was amazing - carrot cake latte and their syrup is house made. Very good! Their menu is pretty basic but that usually tells you they really focus on the actual art of coffee. Id love to see a cold brew in the future and maybe something for kids, but then again there are lots of places that have that kind of stuff. My only gripe is the door is hard to find, but that's minor. Highly recommend!

Came for the banana bread latte- and did not disappoint! Employees are pro's-on latte art and friendly! Coffee is great!

Wonderfully curated atmosphere. It's everything you would want in a coffee shop: cozy, warm, and welcoming. The staff is kind and friendly as well. Would 100% recommend to a friend and visitor!

I'm a total coffee snob & this is one of the best spots in town. Great coffee & cute spot! They also have great, unique house made syrups.

Great hang space and great drinks. The staff is incredible. This place rocks so hard.
