Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered a Wing combo and got 1 flat and five drums. I've reconciled myself to these wingettes posing as wings and not getting my wing tip but a wing has two parts. I prefer the flat. I at least want half and half cause that's what wings are.

Food was cold. Chicken sandwich was soaked in grease and not even crispy. Ordered chicken tenders and they didn't even give me them. Now I have to drive all the way back. Never getting food from here again even if you paid me.

This is probably the worst Popeyes I've ever visited. After waiting in the drive thru for about 30 mins (which I didn't mind because I love Popeyes) it was finally my turn to order!!!! They cleared all the cars from in front of me so you would think everything would be great. I ordered my food, 2 popcorn shrimps, a 2 pc with Mac and cheese and a sweet tea and ghost pepper wings. They asked me for the order 3x and confirmed it 3x also. Once I got to the front they handed me a bag with 1 popcorn shrimp a 2pc (just the chicken) and the wings. The lady that handed me the food closes the window and proceeds to go back to the food area so I'm thinking they're getting the rest of my food. She comes back to the window and says yes??? I look in astonishment and I say I'm just waiting on the rest of the food ...she said you got it. I said no I had a 2pc meal so I'm missing the drink and side and another order of shrimp. She said we're out of Mac and cheese but here's your drink. So apparently they were just going to let me leave without all my food. Then she said I only heard you say one order of shrimp. So at this point I'm starving so I just say ok just give me Cole slaw and I leave. But it gets better. As I'm halfway home I drink the sweet tea.... But it's mango tea and guess who's allergic to mango !!!!!

I bought a home off Mount Holly-Huntersvile Road in 1997, well before the I-485 interstate was built.The lot where this location was built was up for sale even then and just sold in 2022 and then this Popeye location was built.The neighbors were making wagers on when the lot would sell and what would go there. The popular choice was a Bojangles.I moved out of that house in 2000 to take a job in DC and recently moved back. I was in the neighborhood and did a 'drive-by' to see how things had changed.I had to stop and get some popcorn shrimp bites. Such a small portion for the price.Almost overcooked and I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get them.I was in the drive-thru and they made me wait in the Handicap parking.I've had the shrimp at many other locations and have also had the chicken many times.I will say it's consistently mediocre.

My order at work was delivered half an hour late. Potatoes and chicken cold, no drink and no cutlery. This is my second incorrect delivery and last.

This is the worst managed store in the Charlotte area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The employees are rude and slow. The management encourages this rude behavior. I love Popeyes but save yourself the trouble and go to a location where the employees are belligerent!

The worst experience ever! They delivered the wrong order and would not refund my total order. I do not recommend ordering from Popeyes deliver or ever using Grubhub.

Popeyes ever parking lot extremely dirty service was terrible, food was dried out, I won't be back to this location

I give up on this location. Since it's opened I've tried going here on three separate occasions, and all three times they've been out of chicken fingers. The chicken fingers at Popeyes rocks, but alas, I came home empty handed. I also didn't realize how expensive they've become, definitely won't be paying $15 for one fast food meal.

Service was really bad on the afternoon of 5/15 around 1:00 pm. I was the only customer at the counter. Two employees working in the back actively ignored me. By that I mean they didn't even bother to let someone know a customer was waiting. The lady at the drive-through looked insulted that I looked in her direction. When a young lady finally came to take my order, she told me I couldn't get all dark meat in the 8-piece combo because that would make it hard to fill other orders. I guess it would throw the chicken count off balance ...? I've never heard such a thing at a fast food chicken restaurant. So, I said thanks and left. Don't plan to spend money on pieces I don't like and DO NOT plan to go back to this location.
