This place... Ain't it.. AT ALL.I don't often give 1 stars... But when i do. They definitely deserve it. Why does THIS location deserve executive attention? 1. It just opened, maybe 20 mins before i came in. Dirty windows. Slippery floors, dirty door.2. A guy came from the kitchen (no Popeyes uniform, black pants, and white t shirt) and stood in line with me. Asked if i ordered already. He then went to the restroom. I assumed he worked there, so i Definitely watched if his hands were wet from what i HOPE to be from handwashing. They were wet. Good job. While speaking with another patron; he sried his hands off on his pants.3. A young lady came in and stopped an employee asking to speak with ______. While answering the young lady in frustration and scratching her scalp with no gloves. I abt lost it. At THAT point, im not ordering. Im just here for the show. 4. Im peeking through to the kitchen and seeing another young lady typing away on her phone. I'm not sure what happened on the phone, but after a loud "ahhhh" (another ungloved employee), he takes her finger and digs in her ear. 5. At this point, i want to tell the person in front of me the skinny on what I've seen. But hey. Im minding my business . LASTLY...(Thank sweet baby Jesus) The same thing lady that was digging in her eqr a few moments prior comes to the front... With A CIGARETTE behind her ear. A whole live CIGARETTE. I couldn't make this up if i tried. This is craaaaazy

I waited pretty long. Took my chicken sandwich out and saw my fries in the bottom of the bag like this. Never recommend this place

If I could leave zero stars I would! It seems to me people don't want work anymore or do just the bare minimum. All customers no matter what time you visit the establishment should be treated kindly. Just because you're 30 minutes from closing you shouldn't tell customers you don't have that item unless you're totally out which wasn't the case with me, they just didn't want to freshly cook it to order so instead they said they were out. So I asked is there any to be dropped and I'll wait. After waiting I received the wrong order. Then when I did get my fish sandwich it was cold. There's no way it was just made to order. I get you're tired but you still have a job to do. Managers, owners, or whoever may want to reconsider their work staff.

DINE WITH CAUTION! If a negative star was possible I would give them -5. My soda was completely flat and the Mac and cheese came from the bottom on the barrel, with burnt and greasy cheese. DO NOT eat at this fast food restaurant unless you want to pay for inedible food. If you really are craving Popeyes your best off going to a different location. Don't say I didn't warn you.

New Popeyes already going downhill never got an order right yet... Closes early saying they ran out of chicken.. liars ,just didn't want to cook anymore... Wonder if the owner knows?... I would fire everyone and start over from scratch.. No need to let a bad service environment continue... Love Popeyes just not this one.

Lonnie Rodgers was the person who took our order, made it fresh, and was very polite. This is the best Popeyes experience we've EVER had. Usually other popeyes don't want to make food or are rude etc but he is the best in the district hands down. Thank you so much!!!

This place is horrible. Literally pulled up at 5:30pm, only person in line and waited for about 5 minutes with not nary an acknowledgment. When I finally pulled off I saw three worked just standing there doing not a damn thing. Do not waste your time

Today I went to this location. I went to the drive through. I had my nephew with me. Before I get to the window I made sure we were ready with our order Well now it was my turn... the young lady cancelled out my order 4 times because she kept getting confused. It continued on like this for the next few minutes. Well one of the orders had bacon on the sandwich. #3 She informed me" We don't have no bacon. "I said add cheese to the reg sandwich. She had to cancel the whole order again and start again. Long story short. I got home with cold chicken and fries, no cheese on the sandwich no apple pies ( I ordered 2) l can't back to get the pies. The "manager " with 6 in nails and on her cell phone asked where the food was. ??? ATTITUDE!!! She couldn't do nothing without having the food. I was there to get my pies. The culture there is "I don't care ". Customer service is way below any type of good!!!

They close early and are very rude about it. Don't expect to be served if you arrive at 9:30pm. Don't waste your time just go to Chick-fil-A
