So, i eat here all the time. 16.00 for a bowl and I asked for white rice, a small side.I get there and the t extra I paid for is not available.They offer noting to replace the item no available but then want to charge me 2.75 for a tablespoon of rice. Such bad customer service.I should have demanded a full refund. I go here all the time but think this will be my last time

My first time having a ramen bowl at this location. Food was really good! I got the Fried Tofu Ramen bowl with no spice...regret not getting the spice now! My order was taken at the counter and prepared quickly. I also got the black milk tea with boba. Nice strong tea flavor. Pearls nice and chewy. Almost think they are mini pearls. I will be back. It's mall dining during a weekday so kinda quiet.

To start, they've got some of the best rice bowls I've ever had. The sesame chicken and tempura shrimp bowl in particular is great. The ramen is enjoyable as well. The servings are hearty and the taste is good. They give a lot of food for the price, I've never been able to finish a meal in one go. Thankfully the food comes in resealable containers so you can easily take it home. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is the sushi is avoidable. Not terrible, but you'd do better get something else. And lastly, the tea. A good variety of flavors, nothing too special but it's good enough. Over all, I like eating here. Good food, nice portions, and pleasant service.

The food is amazing everytime. I wished they were located outside of the mall the vibe would definitely be better if it was but so far the service is pretty good to say it's a mall food court restaurant the cashier is always nice, and patient, and explains what's on the menu. I would always get the ramen but I opted for a hot rice bowl and wasn't disappointed. I now have to try everything on their menu it's all looks so good.
