This food truck is a hidden gem! I ordered the Mini Quesadilla with chicken and Sope Campechanco with homemade Horchata to drink. As I waited for my food, the line of customers grew longer, confirming my belief that I had made the right choice. Something was bringing a lot of people to this food truck, so I was eager to try it for myself.While I was waiting, I took a sip of my giant horchata (they use huge cups!). It was so refreshing and I drank it all afternoon. Once I received my food, I opened the tray to the delicious aroma of Mexican spices and cheese. The meats were perfectly seasoned and tender, and the toppings were super fresh. But my absolute favorite part was the rich corn flavor of the sope base.As I scarfed bite after bite, I watched the empty tables fill with workers, businessmen, and random passersby. Everyone was thoroughly enjoying their food and the sunny day. I will definitely be returning!

These are some amazing tacos. I'm slowly becoming a regular and soon they will know me by name. The steak is so well seasoned I think that's my favorite one. But honestly, you can't go wrong. It's nice to be able to get good tacos close to home!

Recently, my wife and I moved to the area and have been missing the local taco truck we left. NOT ANYMORE. For our first visit my wife and I tried the Sopas and Tacos el Pastor. The later recommended to us as the favorite menu item of the cashier. Both were so delicious, served with a good portion of meat and tons of veggies. I could dunk anything in their green sauce. It's so good. Keep doing what you're doing Plato Pronto.

I was craving tacos and decided to try this place out being that it's close to my home. I called at 3:30P Tuesday and to my surprise the gentleman advised he was closing up however will start my order if I could be there to pick up in the next 15 minutes. I was so elated! The absolute best steak tacos I've ever had!

I want to start by saying "This is not where the food truck was located". It was at 7601 Statesville Rd. At a used car shop. With that being said, the food was on point. They accept Visas (which is a plus). The food was just right. The mini quesadilla was a good size for someone who wants a quick bite. We had the carne asada tacos and we loved them. Another plus was the wait time. I had a pretty large order and they were done within 10 minutes.This is a hidden gem and I say that because so many people came and went while I was waiting for my order. When I got there, there were already 3 cop cars ordering their food as well. This truck is perfect when I want some authentic tacos.

This is by far the best place in Charlotte to get consistent authentic Mexican food. I have never been disappointed with anything I order, although the tacos and the quesadilla are my favorites. If you have the opportunity to stop here, take it.

Literally the best taco truck you will ever try. My husband and I go every Thursday and sometimes Friday night too. The food is always fresh and so tasty. I have never had a terrible experience and the people are just so kind and friendly. My favorite is their sopes but I honestly love the whole menu. My husband loves the lengua and the pastor tacos.
