This pizza will be in my dreams every night until I get the chance to eat it again. I came in with some friends late on Saturday, and it was pretty packed. Our slices came out pretty quickly and fresh and hot!I had the Not Your Mom's Slice - Kickin' Penne Vodka Sauce Base, Grilled Chicken, Fresh Mozz & Ricotta topped with Parsley - and ranch. Holy sh!t it was so good. The chunks of ricotta absolutely changed my life. And as a ranch connoisseur, they have GOOD ranch.There's a good amount of seating, and you can do takeout as well. The decor is super cute and very Instagrammable. I have to compare this place to Benny's, one of my all-time-favorite late-night pizza spots, and it definitely holds its own. I'll be back for sure any time I'm out in Southend!

I arrived here around 11:15pm on a Saturday night and it was packed!! I was going to place an online order but the wait time was longer. I realized that the online prices and in store prices are different.. I asked cashier why the prices are different if you order online and he didn't know. He said it was a question for the owner. Cashier told another person that he Ranch is houses made. I don't eat ranch, so I didn't try it. While waiting, I noticed that they make the pizzas and just reheat them to order. I got a slice of pepperoni pizza; it was large and tasty, especially since I was so hungry! It took about 20 minutes to get through the line and receive my order. For a late night snack, it did its job! They do have snacks such as cookies but they were pricey, in my opinion. They also sale canned beer/alcoholic drinks.

Update: I just saw that the owner finally replied to my review after a few months. I think it's genuinely very embarrassing on your business's behalf to lie and negate my experience when you were not there. I quite literally was given a business card to contact you so that should be enough proof that the interaction I mentioned did occur. I guess you could also ask literally everyone in the store who was there when this issue occurred, especially the man did messed our entire order up and just laughed about it at the end. You could have simply just apologized or asked for further info/ contact as many other businesses do in these situations instead of making a childish reply. You are grown adults not children, learn how to manage your presence properly. I've seen high schoolers handle customer service situations like these better than whatever you just attempted to do here, and I have seen my local NYC dollar pizza shops be more welcoming, have better food and incredible customer service compared to this mess. I love supporting local businesses and I consider myself a patient person. However I don't think any person on this earth would be too thrilled and patient enough to wait an hour and thirty minutes for one cheese pizza especially if they see people with more intricate orders being served before. It's a mistake on you and your employees part and could have resolved with a simple apology but the response then and now makes it clear to me what kind of business this is. Due to your childish response I will be making another review. Maybe that way you can now train your employees on "proper customer service" by showing them exactly what not to do in cases like these.

I love pizza, and especially pizza with large slices, so of course I come to pie.zaa! The menu is somewhat limited, but what it lacks in diversity it more than makes up for in deliciousness. The service is great and you get your order quickly, the ranch dipping sauce is really good too, definitely try it out if you like ranch on your pizza. The restaurant isn't huge but there's seating available. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying something new.

Fabulous place to eat downtown Charlotte. It's easy access from light rail with rotating specialty pizza on the menu based on the month.Other pizza options include vegetarian meat, lovers, pepperoni period lots of drink options.And if you want it to go, make sure you have a big enough car door to get the big box thru

The restaurant was really clean and the employees had really good customer service but the pizza wasn't the best. I do like the concept of the huge slices but I've had better tasting pizza, even from places with the same concept of the huge slices. I also like that this place stays open late.

One of my go to lunch stops. Fresh ingredients and who doesn't like a huge slice! The monthly speciality slices are def where it's at. The monthly slices are always fun, creative, and packed with flavor. Good music playing, Bob Ross painting away on the tv, and a friendly staff. Check it out if your in the area

Pie.zza is a great place to go with friends. The Yelp event I attended had the place packed! Even with a full house the line went quick with minimal wait time and the slices came out hot! All employees were friendly and nice and helped with making choices about the menu options.

This was one of my first meals postpartum, as they delivered to the hospital in uptown. I am now obsessed. One slice is enough for most people, but they heat up really well if you want leftovers. I'm a big fan of the sausage and their ranch is some of the best I've had. Can't beat a good slice that folds and the topping don't fall off!

Great atmosphere and customer service! The cashier was pleasant and helpful with recommendations. The interior was bright, clean and welcoming. I ordered the special which had chicken, ricotta and pasta on it. My mom had the garden slice. I thought it could have been more flavorful, hotter and crispier. Overall, it was a good experience and they have great marketing and customer service. It just wasn't for me.
