I just opened a kids spa & I needed cupcakes for a birthday party. I was expecting some regular kid-appropriate cupcakes. BUT no. These cupcakes were so good. Moist. Fluffy. Not too sweet & pretty close to perfect. The kids & the parents loved the cupcakes. I'm so glad I found Picture Perfect! I'll definitely be ordering again.
