I absolutely LOVE this place! It might just be the best full restaurant I've ever been to in a long time. The P9 Chicken soup is textbook! The sheer definition of the best pho chicken soup! Server who seated us maintained a professional and welcoming presence when greeting us and seating us to our table! The place is super modern and clean. Makes you think about the hours of work it took to keep the place looking this way after the day is done.I will be returning here when I crave for some pho, it has definitely made the category of pho one my personal "Must Eat" places in my book.Well done.

(Nice place but not the sever)First time coming here, nice atmosphere and pretty decorative. Host and other staff was good especially the waitress that has dark blonde hair that was super nice and bring us the water but not our server. We sat down and finally our server (Alanna ) came. She came without introducing herself nor a little greeting and stare silently at us waiting to order. And when we ask if the Thai wings were good, she said "I think is good, I don't know never tried..." ok. After we order, the food came randomly instead of just appetizers first (it wasn't a big deal to us), and while we were eating our server did check on us with her walking sound of slipper dragging every time and try to take our food out which we have not touch yet and keep touching our food plates. Which make us more uncomfortable. When we pay our food, she holding the tablet high with one hand while the other hand on her waist which make it hard for us to click the button. I am a waitress also so I understand and have experienced. Doesn't matter how nice you are, you gotta give them a happy emotion and a good communication for them to have a good experience. So I was a little disappointed.

Visited this restaurant for the first time on New Year's Eve. Was able to walk-in and be seated with no wait. Lovely/clean decor and the restaurant was larger than expected. Had the Vietnamese coffee which was good. I wish an employee would have let me know condensed milk was at the bottom of the cup. I requested milk as it looked like straight black coffee. Took me stirring in the extra milk to see the condensed milk at the bottom. Even with the extra milk the beverage was good. Ordered A5. Shumai for my appetizer. This was okay.I did ask the server which was their most requested Pho. He stated P1. Pho Dac Biet (House Special) was popular and P2. PhoTai (rare steak) came in second. Decided to go with P2. This was my first time trying Pho so I don't have a difference experience/restaurant to compare this one to. Entree came with a side of lime, mint/basil leaves, bean sprouts, and jalapeño. The broth was a tad bland; the lime and hoisin sauce saved it for me. The description states the steak is rare, but after sitting in the broth it fully cooked.Wanted to try the mango sticky rice but was completely full! Server was friendly and very attentive.

Cute Asian fusion restaurant! Service was great and the place is really nice. There was no wait on a Saturday night which was great! I ordered the orange chicken and it was ok. The chicken was a little overcooked and some pieces were chewy. The sauce was good. It could have used more spice.

The location of the restaurant is in the perfect spot for those looking for Asian fusion in the Dilworth neighborhood. Parking is plenty as it shares a common parking lot with many other businesses. My friend and I went on a Saturday night around 7:00 and we waited for a table for maybe 10 minutes. We were greeted by our server within a few minutes of being seated. The inside of the restaurant is modern, simple, and well done. There is an open window where the dumplings are made. There is bar seating and also a tea/boba counter. Also, there is seating in the back of the restaurant as well. I started with an order of the bao buns, fries and a strawberry matcha. The bao buns were mediocre. They were lacking in the flavor department and if it weren't for the dipping sauce they would not have been enjoyable. The fries were crispy and the ketchup and mayo dip was so good. The matcha was the perfect mix of sweet and good flavored matcha. For my entree I order the pho nam. The broth was the best part- so flavorful. I did not care for the brisket as it was super fatty, which I know comes with the brisket territory, but it was basically all fatty meat, which I ended up not eating. Olive oil cake was good, but I would not order it again. I will say our server came around about every 3-5 minutes to ask how things were and if we needed anything, which was a bit much in my opinion. I also asked two different t people for napkins and never received them until our checks came. Overall, the food was good and I recently ordered pick up and this time for the pho with meatballs, which was much more enjoyable than the brisket.

I really enjoyed the new ambience of what had been a space that always had solid food w/the previous establishments but was dark and crowded. This new establishment has made it into something g hip and trendy. It has a great feel. The menu is extensive and so many tasty looking choices it was hard to pick. Stuck w/a straightforward beef pho and spring rolls. I'm not a fan of the flour or some ingredient in the dumpling dough. I have a strong sense of smell and the smell was not my favorite. The pho itself was tasty and really enjoyed the broth to noodle ratio. Lots of broth and not all noodle. Service was excellent and having them take the card at the table is a bonus.Overall a solid addition to the burgeoning Charlotte pho scene.

They share parking with other businesses so parking is easy. Not hard to find parking. We got the pho, it was good. The portion was good. Definitely fill me up. The service was good. Attentive and nice. Ambiance is nice. The environment is pretty. They are pretty spacious and have a lot of seating. Not busy when we went around 3pm.

I've been wanting to try pho and decided to come here to make that happen. Brought my little one with me. The ambiance is nice, very aesthetically pleasing, spacious and airy. They also have outdoor seating, so plenty of space! We were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. Our waitress was nice, but unfamiliar with the menu. My son asked for a Fanta which was on the menu and she told us they didn't have that as an option. I had to show her it's offered on the menu, turns out they did have it. Another unfortunate thing is that they don't have a kids menu, but my server said they can prepare a kids pho so I ordered that for my son. We placed our order which was chicken satay, and fresh spring rolls for our appetizers. 10/10 Lychee martini, now if you're a real drinker this will make you happy! This drink was STRONG! I had to mix it with my ginger ale, which is not a complaint. I think you def get your monies worth with that cocktail! I ordered the house special pho for myself and a kids chicken pho for my son. This was my first time trying pho so I'm not really sure how to judge it. I know you're supposed to dress it up to get more flavor but idk what I was doing. I think I'm more of a ramen chick. It wasn't bad, but was def different. My son said he enjoyed his chicken pho, so there's that! For dessert we did the mango sticky rice, and we didn't like it. That chicken satay was the best thing we ate. It was so good! I will definitely come back and try something else! I want to express how great the staff were, they constantly checked on us. A gentleman whom I believe was the owner came around a couple of times to check in on us to make sure we were satisfied. I can appreciate that. Looking forward to our next visit!

Pho Good Time is a fantastic new spot in town! The vibe inside is cute and aesthetic. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Multiple staff members checked in on us throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The homemade steamed chicken dumplings were amazing--so fresh and flavorful. I also tried the basil chicken, which was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. All in all, a great experience, and I'll definitely be back soon.

First time - and this place blew us away. The food was fantastic. Must try: all of their dumplings. They are made in house and you can see them being made. Service was phenomenal, they were not packed - but I'm sure sook they will. The restaurant is vibrant.
